If you are coming here because you want to know about the "free cruise" someone offered you for looking at the timeshares this review is for you. If you have not signed up for through the time share company, don't. Instead call Bahamas Celebration directly. in fact call the 800 number from the Bahamas Celebration dot com website and enter extension 281. Then ask whoever answers for extension 248 insist on talking with Rosa. Tell her Michael 8432 told you to call. 8432 was the suite I took on the boat. The cruise was wonderful. The food was among the best I have ever been served outside my own home. The service top notch. Bahamas Celebration is a one-ship-cruise-line and the people that work the ship know it intimately. They love their jobs and it shows. My wife and I were "awarded" a free cruise and a two day Orlando vacation, which we were supposed to pay only the taxes to receive. Having gone through the time share presentation, staying in the Ramada Westgate (shudder - do they train the staff to be this irritated at everything that happens?) with breakfast (we went to Perkins immediately afterwards to have something fresh to eat) lunch (unpalatable) and dinner (your choice overcooked brown something or undercooked greasy yellowish something) included we got on the boat the next day and ate sumptuously and had a blast. For what we paid in undisclosed costs for the 'free' cruise we could have taken the cruise anyway. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on returning with friends and taking a block of rooms. Bahamas Celebration also offers cruise and stay packages at either an all-inclusive Wyndham or a pay as you go Lucaya. At the Lucaya we spent a day on a lovely beach, not being real shoppers, and had a great Burger based lunch. The Wyndham is not a Sandals-type all inclusive, does not cater to the Spring Break crowd but is a fine little all-inclusive resort away from "it all." Offering the simple pleasures, sailing snorkeling, windsurfing, pools, food, and peace. Sound like I work for them? No, I don't I was just really impressed by this little cruise line. From the 2 AM pizza to mingling with last night's club entertainment at breakfast and on the beach, it was a vacation treasure that I am very happy I can enjoy without the time share come-on or any of the bologna the other reviewer dealt with to get on the boat. I am serious about calling Rosa, she was a grand help getting JUST what I wanted for our second trip with Bahamas Celebration. Call Rosa, book some time, check "out" of the rat race for a few.
