Grandeur is an older ship, but has quite the charm. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms are a decent size, we were able to connect with many onboard because of the smaller size. Chef's Table, Giovanni's, and Chops Grill were delicious. I was able to get on the machines with no problem, especially in the mornings. I liked playing Pink Diamonds, but didn't win big. Overall, I would sail on her again if I had the opportunity. Thanks Tyler for this amazing cruise!!

The staff was wonderful! Several nice hits on the slots! Was able to get on the tables with little or no wait. Thanks you Mallory!

Ship crew was very friendly. Casino staff extremely friendly. Casino bar staff very efficient. Casino was crowded as this was a highly comped cruise. The three card tables(2) and the UTH table were full all the time. The high roller BJ table was hardly ever used. They should add a second UTH table as the waiting list in the evening was always 7 to 10 people.

I had a very nice trip to Bermuda from Royal Caribbean. URcomped host was very knowledge and made the reservation without any problems. All things went well and URcomped is still one of the best host casino in the world. I hope they continue their success and give us opportunity to take nice cruise from them.

This was 2nd cruise on Grandeur and this time was even better. Staff was wonderful in the casino. Had a $1605 hit on the Double Blessings. Casino sent a few food gifts, and wine to our cabin thru out the week, and earned a free OV cabin with points in casino. Only this I don't like is this casino does not open until 8am day 2 and closes at approximately 7-8pm last full day. Has to do with when ship reaches the bay. We had no complaints about food, and we tried Chops and Chefs table this trip would definitely do both again. The shows we attended were good. Stayed on ship 3 out of 5 ports. This trip was more about relaxing and we did just that. Thanks to Lexi at Urcomped for getting this trip booked for us!

Great layout, easy to get around. Interior cabin, two twin beds. Super comfy beds. A lot of storage spaces. Great cabin steward, super crew members. Casino was fun, many different machines. Roulette, craps, and card tables.
