Great cruise, UR Comped got us concierge class. Elevators great, no problem getting seats around pool or for shows. Slot payout was tight. Lots of table games all hand shuffled.

Overview
Celebrity Reflection is the fifth, final, and largest Solstice-class cruise ship. Reflection was launched in 2012.
Since October 2012, it has been owned and operated by Celebrity Cruises. It has one more deck than other Solstice-class cruise ships, has the first Aqua Class Suites and is the only ship to have Reflection Class Suites. The ship can accommodate over 3,609 passengers, more than any other Celebrity cruise ship.

Starting to Love Celebrity
Our 2nd Celebrity Cruise and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We are 'cruisers' and looking for a more reserved experience now that the children are older. We think everyone was courteous and polite even when guests were yelling and irate.
I am a purely CRAPS player and so far this line doesn't keep the table open all day. I typically have to go down and ask them to open then go grab a snack then return once the team is ready, but if there are enough people they will stretch closing time a little. Two of my dealers from another line are onboard now and it was an amazing experience.
We upgraded our comped room to a balcony and well... We were in 6101. The forward most cabin on deck 6. We heard all docking evolutions with amazing clarity. lol... There was a crew access door that kept slamming at the most inopportune times. Kinda funny now but not at the time. Not the worse room ever, but definitely on the list due to the added noise. We forgot to take pictures.
Will try again next time.

Amazing treatment! Concierge Class Elite!
We are frequent cruisers but this was our first time on a Celebrity Cruise. We typically book Royal Carribean. The ship was elegant but not stuffy in the least. We were treated like royalty and found the crew to be very helpful and thoughtful! URComped arranged the trip and our reservation process was top notch and they answered all our questions! Casino seemed tight but lighthearted fun! Excellent care for my military husband who is in a wheelchair part time. State room attendant best we ever had.....thanks Taat! The ship does not have the big attractions (water slides, zip lines, etc) but was a wonderful time! Sparkling clean everywhere! Shore excursions and guest services as good as it gets!

Unfriendly cew
Celebrity paid out 1 jackpot during the week for $2100. Machines were so tight and everyone complained about losses. I didn’t win anything but with the free cruises I do not really expect to.

Casino slots
Did not have the familiar Buffalo, Drums and Tower slots; which was disappointing. Also, did not hear many jackpots happening.

Fantastic Cruse!
We just got back from a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Reflection and I would have to say that this is now one of my favorite ships. The crew was amazing from the cabin steward, to the staff at the Blu Restaurant and the Cafe Al Bacio and Ocean View Cafe. The Casino Host (Caleb) was the best we have had on any Celebrity or Royal Caribbean ship. He was always walking around greeting players and held daily slot tournaments. The officers were visible throughout the cruise and always greeting passengers and thanking them for cruising Celebrity. We are looking forward to cruising again soon!
