Very fun and festive ship. Great food and very good customer service. Our ocean view cabin was decorated so cute and bright. We did good in the casino. Lots of hits, not big ones but more often then most casinos. No smoking either!

Our cruise left Tampa for Key West and Cozumel. I took my daughter on it for her 18th birthday. Loved playing the Roulette wheel and slot machines on here. On the last day I was comped an additional $600! Wowza! Thank you urcomped! Can’t wait for the next cruise!

I really liked the smoke free Casino. I played many slots and they seemed to let me play longer than normal due to a couple of generous spins now and then. No Jackpots but had lots of fun. The servers were fantastic. The shows were very good and love the fact they added Aerialist to their routines. Amazing talent. Our Dinners were in the Fins restaurant, and I love the food and selections. Our service was on point each day. Our hostess did her best to set us near a window seat by request. I enjoyed the music but wish they played a bit of our modern today music (soft rock ) it was a little heavy on the Jimmy Buffet music. The Violinist and Pianist were wonderful as well as a singing Duo. The cruise director was fun and engaging. The internet seemed to work just fine. Wish they has an app so you could check your spending instead of always going to the service counter. Our room was extremely hot most of the time in the day and a bit better at night. We were located in the front of the ship Starboard side. For Spring break they handled the crowds and kids fairly well. They might want to consider some supervision in the pools as it was severely lacking. Saw kids and adults misbehaving. Throwing things and cannon balling. I did not notice any kind of lifeguard stopping them. Overall really pretty ship with lots of tropical touches. Our room steward was very good and cleaned the room daily and also turned down a freshly made up bed each night.

The rooms are cheerful and very comfortable and everything is so clean. The service was excellent, in the dining rooms , room service, pool and the casino. The casino had a huge choice of slots and plenty of tables as well. Nothing was crowded and there was no waiting except for the “specials” when there was $5 blackjack and beers. My favorite slot was the multi-game blackjack. At the tables Kate was the best dealer. Overall a terrific experience and I will definitely sail again

Food was outstanding! Staff super friendly and helpful. Cabins were very clean and comfortable. Casino staff - Paolo the host and the rest of the dealers and bar servers were the best we’ve had on any cruise! The vibe is very chill. Older mature guests. It was nice to be on a smaller ship and the decor was really nice - very Jimmy Buffet. Highly recommend this cruise. Don’t believe the bad online reviews.
