Only have one complaint and that was the water metal bottles The very hard to open and the leak when you try to close them

Great trip on Celebrity Equinox
Thank you Tyler, for getting me on Celebrity Equinox. It was a wonderful cruise. Really enjoyed the ship & being in an Aqua stateroom was delightful. I left my money at the casino but I saw people beside me hit jackpots 2 different nights. Casino host, Danielle, was very helpful & friendly. Great crew. Delightful trip.

Celebrity Equinox 1/4 - 1/9/2020
My review Celebrity Equinox 1/4 - 1/9. First, a huge thank you to Mallory and URComped for booking us on her. She is a beautiful ship, food was good, entertainment ok, Staff/Crew were friendly and very helpful. The passengers were an older crowd but so respectful, nice, courteous and everyone was on time to Muster Drill!!! I would definitely Cruise Celebrity again BUT not on the Equinox. This is my personal opinion so if you don’t agree please keep going. I know casinos are set up for the cruise line to win and us passengers sometimes but I truly feel like the Equinox was totally set up to lose. She has very old machines and except for 3 Buffalo games and 5 Quick Hit machines ($1.50 max bet) there was no other machines that I enjoy, I.e, no Buffalo Gold, Fortune 88, Dancing Ducks not even Heidi 😥😥. There were a total of 5 handpay over the sailing and 2 of them were on the Poker machines. The ones that I know of and saw was $2727 on the $1 Wheel of Fortune and $2074 on the Buffalo machine but player was betting $10 a spin. On Equinox you place your card in front of something until it turns green (see picture) to record your play. And Yes, be aware it can deactivate. I personally as well as other players also did not know that for every 500 points (it’s $1 = 1 point on the slot machines) you get $10 free play. I only learned that the last night. And while Andreea the Casino Host was very nice, she wasn’t hands on at all. I asked for her one night and 2 nights later when I found her she said to me “oh my girl told me you were looking for me”. HELLO I was in the casino every night and part of the day and you knew I was looking for you but didn’t think to find me???? I was at 4000 points and asked her if she could/would comp Doug and I for Tuscan Grille ($50 pp). She did and it was delicious but I’m sad she didn’t try to find me. Also of interest, EVERYONE playing at a machine or table gets the drinks for free!!! Nice touch Celebrity. And you need 25,000 points to truly start getting offers from Celebrity but have up to 18 months to achieve it.

Looking for my Jackpot
The Equinox was/is a beautiful ship. Staff is friendly and professional. Did not get to try the dining in the Main Dining room because the scheduled time each night was 8:30. We tried to change it but was told it was impossible (the Host did call on day 6 to ask why we had not come to the main dining room, I explained why and he said nothing is impossible but he did not offer to change the time either. The show we went to was good. My impression of the casino is - STAY AWAY!! Probably the tightest casino on the water except for the Bliss! My wife and I tried almost every slot in the room and not only did I never hear about a jackpot many players I spoke with had the same overview as I did. Slot machine payout as of day 6 was less than $70,000.00. That says it all!!!
