This was our first cruise on Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady and we loved it. Totally different vibe from what we’re use to but in a good way! Loved the layout of the ship and the crew was so pleasant and attentive. We will definitely cruise again!

Nice NYE cruise
The food was phenomenal, staff was great. Ship is beautiful and clean, however this is the worst casino on any ship I've ever been on. The slots are outdated. The casino is TINY and the payout is absolutely horrible. I still had a great time so thank you @urcomped.

Worst cruise line ever
The food was horrible!!! The rooms were small the staff (when you can find them were rude) Casino has to be the smallest I have ever seen on a cruise line and also the tightest especially if you are signed in I went through more then half my bank roll by day 2 every slot just took and took!!!!

GREAT CRUISE - HORRIBLE CASINO
The food was GREAT , staff was so very attentive.. Ship is beautiful and clean, however this is the worst casino on any ship I've ever been on. The slots are outdated. The casino is SO VERY TINY, I could not play if I wanted to, any decent machines seemed to always have the same people at them. Found out 1 point for every $5, My husband played BlackJack at the $50 minimum as the $10 and $25 Minimum was full. The the payout are absolutely horrible. I enjoy the gambling and this did not offer it. Such a shame. I had a great time cruising so thank you @urcomped. Wish I could have gambled more.

First Virgin Cruise
Just return from my first Virgin Voyage last night. The ship was absolutely beautiful. I loved all the open spaces and places available to gather or just relax. I wasn’t sure I would be able to use the hammock because of I get motion sickness but it was delightful. The app needs updating or something because it was very spotty before and during the cruise. The casino is entirely too small. There were 2 roulette tables and their goal was to get at least 10 people at the table. That is way too many people and made a gambling experience unenjoyable at most times. It also cause me not to be able to play as much as I normally would. Most of the casino staff were wonderful except one of the pit bosses. Robert, Christine and Sergia were my favorites. Making restaurant and show reservations was a nightmare. My room was very nice. The shower was a good size however it was a bit of a squeeze to use the toilet and I’m not very big. My first thermal spa experience was an absolute nightmare. There are entirely too many people allowed in at the same time. People do not respect that it’s suppose to be a relaxing space and not a pool party. The staff did try to make it up to me by inviting me to try it again. I was able to at least get an hour in that time before another noisey crowd showed up. The live music was outstanding. I met some wonderful people. Overall, I had a good time. Would I cruise on Virgin again, if comped absolutely?

Great Ship
Our second comped cruise. SJ and Olga the manager are super attentive, unlike the prior cruise we were on. Small casino, few slot machines and definitely the tightest machines. I played at 3 of the ports and did so much better. From what I heard biggest slot win was 3 k and table was 7 k.

Great Casino Experience
The casino staff are great onboard. They are very attentive and will make sure everything is in place for you. The slots are new and varied. A good selection of tables featuring Three Card Poker, Roulette , Craps, Blackjack and Electronic display Texas Hold Em. Best staff and service at sea. The overall Virgin experience is lively. Party from start to finish! The cabins are spacious with all the leading tech and hammocks! Some photos of a nice win including a double roll on 17 - my lucky number which I always stack high on 😃

Fabulous Compted Cruise
Loved Virgin Voyages, so many wonderful people and nobody judged anyone (size, appearance, attire, sexual orientation, etc., anything goes on this cruise line and everyone respected each other). Loved the itinerary, Miami, Puerto Plata, St. Croix, San Juan and Bimini. Food was amazing & you weren't charged extra except for specialty coffees or the occassional specialty menu item (there's over 20 eateries). Casino program was great although casino is not huge but machines are modern (no Lightning Link though). It was easy to reach enough points for another free cruise and I won 2 hand pays, yay! Casino provided free drinks while you played plus they gave us a bottle of wine each evening when we dined. We were also gifted a free seafood platter which you would ordinarily pay extra for plus we had free wifi and a free bag of laundry; we were really treated like royalty and can't wait to return. I recommend this cruise line but want everyone to note this is an adult cruise line, you need to have an open mind. Overall great fun!

The worst cruise I have ever been on BAR NONE
I did not like this ship at all, the food was horrible, I went to the steakhouse and my filet came out like it was boiled in water. It was cold and no flavor. My salmon was so bland I think it was raised in a waste treatment plant. The tours were awful waste of money. Positives my room was real nice and Bimini was real nice. The worst part was the casino I hit the largest jackpot of 2400 on Piggy banking, but lost 5K total. The casino was awful

Beautiful ship, modern and cozy spaces for relaxing. Food is fabulous. Nice vibe and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. Casino host was excellent. Thanks so much Tyler, will be booking for the new Resilient lady in the fal as the current host will be going to that ship she told me.

Amazing ship and better payout than other cruises
First time cruising on Virgin Voyages aboard Valiant Lady. Have to say the food was amazing and besides that the slots seemed paying out was higher than other cruise lines. Casino sent comped wine twice during the 6 day cruise and upgraded my dinner one night!

Nice casino with a great host!
Casino floor was a nice size with a good variety of slots, table games and video poker. The best part of casino was Dex the casino host. He was extremely friendly and always available. Having a good casino host really makes a big difference. Thank you Dex for everything especially the champagne.

Fantastic and unique EVERTHING!! Loved this company!
So.. this was our very first time cruising with Virgin Voyages. I can honestly say they've won me over 100% and they're WAY better and different than ANY cruise line. They're a brand new company, they do things EXTREMELY different than any other cruise line but in a super GOOD way in MANY ways. For one, they're Adults only, they also don't charge extra to go to all their specialty restaurants and they have a TON of specialty restaurants, all gratuities are INCLUDED in any sailing and this even includes not charging automatic tips if get services done like a massage, it's included free, they also don't hound you for extras like they don't go around trying to get pictures, they don't hound you for things like buying bingo or drink packages, they don't talk over head on their speakers like other ships, they don't do formal nights, the casino is smoke free and super clean smelling and huge variety of good games (if you do smoke, they do have a room you can go), they have tons of different clubs and bars, they even have an onboard tatoo parlor lol, they have neat beds at the pool and all around it, they have tons of neat comfortable sitting areas, huge couches all around inside and outside of the ship, they have tons of variety at night, theme parties, jammy pool parties and nightly activites, the ships are all brand new and super classy decorated, it's way laid back and FUN. They have fun areas of different snack foods all over the ship and both healthy and cheat foods you can grab throughout the ship. Everything about these guys is super unique. They also have fun hammocks on every balcony and and good music all day long. I will DEFINITLY be recommending them and I'll personally give them my business. Let me know if any of you would like to try them and I'll book you. I can get you good deals right now and free onboard credit. Note: the age group of clients on this cruise seemed much younger than the usual which was fun, I'd say anywhere from around 25 to 60ish and they also allow you to check out late around 10:45am. 😎 #virginvoyages #valiantlady #squidink
