Awesome cruise
It was our first time on MSC, we loved everything, slots were. To kind to us lol, even though we didn’t get a certificate, we enjoyed ourselves and will define till sail with MSC again

Best thing was the theater show The Circus Story
Not much of a staff on the ship. Not very friendly. Food was horrible. Cabin had no wash cloths. When I did ask the cabin attendant her response was “well did you request any” believe I looked all over the cabin trying to figure out how to request some. There’s no reading information, no identifying buttons on the phone. 🤷♀️ I would never pay to go on MSC.
Casinos, not much of one. Service you had to chase down. Very disappointing. Sad thing is, I brought my cousin with me and it was her first cruise. Ship was old, you never saw anyone cleaning stair rails, they were filthy or anything except for the cabin was clean. Very embarrassing.

Beautiful Ship - Relaxing Cruise
This was my first cruise on MSC and it was a very pleasant experience. There are several things i absolutely loved and others not so much. The ship’s deco and overall layout was great. Very easy to navigate about the ship. Balcony room was smaller than some ships I’ve cruised. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was great. The food was blah, nothing special just food. The mixed alcoholic drinks were not good. Tried several different mixed drinks and decided to stick to wine.
The casino was very small and they were in the process of changing out machines. I earned enough points for a free cruise (that I paid hefty for).
Overall it was a good vacation and would do again.

Friendly Casino staff
Well we won some and lost some. Pretty much walked away even for week on cruise. We loved the MSC Magnifica. We had a great time with absolutely no complaints.
