I just submitted a request with URComped for the upcoming February 2019 Craps Cruise.  I am looking forward to a great relaxing vacation on the water.  It'll be my first time sailing on RCL.   I am also looking forward to spend some time with my craps-playing friends on this trip. Craps guru Steve "Heavy" Haltom will have a few craps learning offerings on this trip that will benefit me.  I also want to learn how to maximize comps from Craig at URComped.

Kudos to Craig Shacklett and Steve "Heavy" Haltom for putting this trip together.

If you enjoy cruising and/or playing craps this will be an awesome adventure.  Be sure to sign up if you can.

OK, finally a themed cruise for the craps playing community.  My wife and I have signed up and are booked and paid for. I want to thank URComped for their work in getting me a great deal for my room. They seem to have a knack for getting the best comp deal for players. I know this because it is the second cruise I will be doing with them. Prior to becoming a member, I would book through the casino on my own and try and get a good deal. I was never very successful and would reluctantly book on cruises that I or my wife wanted to go on even if the deal was not that good.

Now I use URComped and the deals have been much better than I could do on my own. Also, I know I have someone working for me to get me the best deal.

Now they are putting a great cruise together.  Steve "Heavy" Haltom is one of the great craps teachers, philosophers, and shooters. I originally met him many years ago in Vegas.  I look forward to getting some advice on shooting, betting and the karma of craps play.

Good job putting an interesting cruise together on a premier ship.

Thanks for the kind comments, guys.  Much appreciated.

I've been playing with the idea of a Craps Cruise for about twenty years now. My interest hearkens back to the early days of Poker Cruises, back in the late 90's and the early 00's.  In the past the idea has been problematic because most ships only have one craps table.  The Oasis of the Seas, however, has two tables.  To top that off, RCL has agreed to let us use the tables for personalized small-group training when the casino is closed .  I'll be offering those classes for a modest charge.

On this cruise I'll also be doing a three hour classroom session on how to play craps, the basics of dice control/influence, some basic and advanced betting strategies, and we'll cover money management, discipline, and the "craps between your ears."  It's a ton of material for a three hour class, but never fear.  Everyone who signs on for the three hour session will also receive a complimentary copy of my original Axis Power Craps Seminar on DVD - which sells on-line and in gambling book stores for $189.  THAT is a win in itself.  In addition to Craig's session on maximizing comps - this is the session to take!  Watch the Dice + Love announcement in the days to come.  Craig and the gang will have complete seminar pricing up and available soon.

Hi Jo.  The 3 hour group class is $299.  I offer an add on session where I take three students at a time aside for more individualized toss training.  This is a one hour session so each student gets around 20 minutes of toss training plus another 40 minutes to observe me working with the other two in the group.  Most learn as much or more just by observing as bfrom the hands on training.  That add on session is $99.  If you did both you're looking at $398.  You can register with your URComped host with a credit card or email me direct at if you want to get on the list and pay at the door.  Note that I'm not set up to take credit cards on board the ship so it's cash at the door.  Thanks for asking.

I sure do wish I could go.  I have really liked reading Heavy's web site. Please post how it went.
