Waited close to 15 minutes at the speaker in the drivethrough without anyone even saying anything. Figured their speaker might have broken so pulled forward to the window. Employee was rude and his response was that they are backed up and I should have waited in line that he can't take orders at the window. Long waits happen at lunch rush, but it's ridiculous not to even acknowledge your customers for that long and at least let them know that there will be a wait, then to be rude about it when they understandably think your equipment is broken because it's been dead silent for 15 minutes? I'm dumbfounded.

It sucked bathroom was a wreck, maded me sick. Could hardly eat. Chicken was over cook. Dining room was nasty also. Needs a lot of attention.

Horrible!! We wanted to grab a quick bite on the way home but instead sat at the ordering box for 20 minutes without a word! They weren't closed either (it was apprix 8:30 pm) when we were finally able to pull around the cars un front of us to leavr we could see in the pick-up window - the employees were standing around laughing and ignoring all the customers in line. Horrible!!

Well I went in and ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers with no mustard, and an order of cheese tots. After I get my food I drive away. I open and take a bite out of the first burger instantly a mouth full of mustard, opened the bun and it only had mustard, same with the second. Now for $3.99 for cheese tots i expect more than 5 tots. I called and spoke to a gentleman that refused to give his name. He told me that's all you get, that's set by cooperate. I I have always had horrible experiences here and I for sure will not be back.

I went through the drive thru and the lady told me I could either wait 5-10 mins or come inside because they were in the middle of shift change .. I said ok ill wait. Next thing I know she forgets to turn the mic off and is gossiping with her coworkers for the next 2-3 mins while I wait. I will never come to this Burger King again. Each and every time I have went it’s been a bad experience.

Verbatim dialogue through drive thru speaker. My friend orders a chicken sandwich (value menu) a fry and a drink. Female employee says "Why didnt you just say a number eleven?" My friend says he wasn't looking at that and didn't see it. Employee says "Well you're wasting both of our time." My friend understandably backed out and left after that. And since when does BK have value sandwich combos on the menu? She was clearly rude AND ignorant. I know it's fast food but please pick one distasteful trait at a time. Despicable customer service.

Horrible should of took pictures but was under the impression it wouldn't be an issue to remake my small kids food over since it was old and burnt but apparently at this location management included they hate their jobs and life so they take it out on the customer especially if you're a splendidly blended family. Just sad. Needless to say we will never go back. Thanks for the 31.00 refund. Even though we came to spend the money and eat but the food wasn't even suitable for my dog let alone my children.

This particular location is HORRIBLE. The soda machine was basically EMPTY and the burgers were luke warm because they seemed to be pre-made and we arrived at 11am, burgers should still be hot and fresh.

Pretty good, I believe it was Anthony behind the counter and he was fun and always made sure the order was right! Over all place is decently clean and my food was hot
