This would be a higher review but there was an issue I experienced, and seemed like I was able to speak to everyone besides a member of the management team. Customer service is lacking in the management department, other departments seem top notch. So if you have an issue and it gets passed along to the "management team", don't hold you breath.
They even had a building engineer come to my room to attempt to resolve the issue, and when that failed he said he would have a member of the management team contact me. 1.5 wks later and still no response. from a "member of the management team".
Overall I liked the experience, for the most part the rooms were clean, although there was a time that there were no pillow cases on the pillows after house keeping made their rounds. Not sure on how well you can do at the casino, I choose to play elsewhere.
