My husband a d I made reservations for one nights fun while staying at Galveston Island. The cruise was cancelled and we haven't seen our refund as of yet or been able to get passed the recording. Left plenty of messages to please refund our money but no reply at all. This has neen at least 2 or 3 months ago. Dissatisfied Customer! Connie Pinkard

We had such a great time... Restrooms were clean, dealers were friendly atmosphere was nice. However, many were sea sick and just laying there. I did receive curtesy call to arrive early for nausea medication at a discounted price. I declined and felt just fine without it, but many other may have been a different story. I do recommend. You enjoy the deck and scenery as you sail away to international waters.

We survived the maiden voyage. We absolutely had a blast.Well, at least those of us that we're still standing at the end. All the bartenders and dealers were very professional.
They had a singer on the upper deck, Don. He is a dealer ,but he sings as well. And does a mighty fine job. So make sure you tip the man. Live entertainment is a huge Plus on the boat like this. Especially when everybody is keeled over seasick. We can all be entertained by something. Don keeps things rocking along.
Please do yourself a favor and everybody who's paid to be there with you. Take some sort of medicine so you won't get seasick. Preferably start taking it the night before. If you don't have sea legs don't get on a boat, for these type of cruises.It will make the biggest baddest man of them all,a quivering puddle of Jell-O from sea sickness. There is a lot of movement on the boat like this. If too many folks get sick. They will turn around and come back. And you don't want to be
"that guy or gal" that causes the boat to come back, that we all paid to be on. Even in two-and-a-half foot Seas. Everybody was sick. But if you don't get sick you're going to have a blast.
The general manager Rocky is all over the boat. Very fine fellow. Very helpful. I hope all this works out well. They have got a few bugs to work out of the system.But they're new in town. But I gotta good feeling.

This place is closed.And it looks like for good.The signs are gone.Office is vacated.It was a fun run.Maybe it will. turn up in Freeport or somewhere else on the Texas coast.

These people are literally impossible to get a hold of to make reservations and ask questions. You can not even leave a message for them to call you back. They also will just send you an email 48 hours before the date saying they canceled and won’t answer the phone after. We booked this trip months ago for my bachelorette party, so it really sucked to find something else to do so last minute. I know they state it on the website but you would think on a Friday summer night that it would not be an issue. We were looking forward to this trip and had been planning around it, but we will never book reservations again because we probably never get a hold of them to do so.

First Timer! Visited Jacks or Better Casino to experience the atmosphere, and possibly plan having a wedding on the boat. I went on this trip with my best girlfriend, and imagine knowing you are going to be late, screaming! My girl made a quick call, and the staff assured us they would wait a few. So grateful for this, and we finally made it to the boat. The boat is nice from the outside, and once you board, you will feel at home. The staff is there to greet you, and they ensure your safety with a metal detector system. You must feel safe while on a boat traveling the waters. After all the lovely salutations, we entered the boat, and absolutely loved it. First level, there are working slot machines . Second level, you find more slots, tables of various games, and the bar that serves great bar food. Drinks are great as well, and the friendly staff kept checking on us periodically. I am a complete novice with casino games. I actually played some games, and no one treated me like “ Get her out of her” lol. Won a little money, and truly enjoyed the deck. My best girlfriend- Hillary Marek is a well known YouTuber, and well known for her owned businesses. Hillary interviewed all of the staff, and they responded genuinely with their experience working at Jacks. I felt like we all were family on the boat, once the casino opened, we all gathered and was bonding while taking selfies. The DJ has us going all night long on the deck, singing and dancing to the beat. We even had some people do Karaoke, and it was awesome! I love to sing, but just wanted to groove, and enjoy the moment. It was great meeting the Captain! The Captain is truly excited to bless our union, and I am honored. I look forward to having my wedding on the boat, if Jacks approves. This was my first time on the boat, and it won’t be my last. You can never leave your family for too long. You guys gave us an experience like no other, and I thank you for your warm and genuine hospitality. When we arrived back, we went and had some food at a local bar. Then, we headed back to Houston happy that we visited Jacks or Better Casino Boat. Thank you for keeping us safe at all times, and having ginger candy. Take a Dramamine before getting on any boat, the waters are beautiful! Thanks again!

A big thank you to the ladies who work in the office for going out of their way and being beyond their Call of Duty.... A while back I had a discrepancy with my booking and I ultimately gave hope and was extremely displeased. The lady had reached out on behalf of the owner and made everything right. I finally had an opportunity to enjoy the experience and it was well worth everything that I initially went through.

I planned this trip for my husband’s 41st birthday and was very excited for this trip, this was our first time ever coming. The staff was very friendly and courteous and I have nothing bad to say about anyone there on the ship as far as employees or staff. My husband and I agree on this. The waitresses were very friendly and always came around asking us if we wanted any drinks.
I love the fact that there was table games as my favorite game is roulette. I played blackjack for the first time and the staff Took the time to show us how to play . Also another positive that I can say on this trip was that my 20 year-old daughter was able to go with us and enjoy the fun with us even though she’s not 21 years old , did not get sick but did not like the rocking either,She could not walk all decks due to this reason of feeling like if she was drunk, made her feel very limited .
Towards the middle to end of the trip several people had their heads down on table or laying on the ground as they did not feel very good.
The only thing I would suggest to the owner of the ship is to please invest in fixing the rocking of the boat the entire trip from beginning to end, had us swaying right to left front to back up & down to the point where I vomited three different times. This is the only negative thing I can say in all honesty so I hope that the owner reads this and decides to invest a little money and figuring out why this boat rocked so much because I hate for y’all to lose business for something that maybe could be fixed. I don’t think the boat should sway or rock heavily the entire trip from beginning to end.
So the only negative thing that I can say on this entire trip was the boat ride itself everything else was wonderful and enjoyable and I would have done it again if it weren’t for that rocking/vomiting sick 🤒 🤮🤢feeling.

I find it quite laughable that the owner has only responded to the 5star comments lol. This was the worst experience of my life. I have been on many many many types of boats in my life all over the place and never have I gotten sick. I was sick the entire time the boat rocked so much you could barely stand some people fell. I threw up many times and I never throw up. Many people were so sick. The bathrooms were disgusting. The staff was friendly. I will definitely never go again nor would I reccomend. No wonder they charge to get on that’s probably the only way they can make money. I went home with my money. I’ll go to Louisiana from now on.
