A decent place for Chinese food. Soup and food is above average. Sadly the rice was not cooked properly. Service is more pretentious tham helpful. For example, waiter kept my wine bottle on ice far away. He didn't come back to refill my glass however and yet did keep coming back empty handed to ask how the food was. The sommelier was not knowledgeable about the wines he had and seemed bothered that I was asking questions. Those two minor issues aside, the ambiance and food is good.

I am surprised at how many negative reviews there are. If I had seen the reviews, I probably would not have gone there. Luckily, we did not read the reviews. Overall, we had a very nice evening at a restaurant that would have been at home in Hong Kong where I grew up in the 70’s. Everything we had, tasted like what I remembered from when I lived in Hong Kong. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and yes, like everything else high end in Vegas, it is expensive.

Blossom is a good traditional Chinese restaurant inside the Aria Resort and Casino. Light and fluffy chicken fried rice, chicken with vegetables. Their signature dish is the $89 Peking duck. Some of the best Chinese food we've ever had. Pricey but worth it.

I'm no expert on Chinese food but I really enjoyed my meal here. The restaurant looks very elegant and the service was quite good. The waitress was very attentive. I've noticed a lot of complaints about $20 entree prices but honestly this place is cheaper than most of the restaurants at ARIA, unless you order the Peking duck or some of the lobster dishes which are quite pricey. I ordered the sausage fried rice and beef chow mein and both were quite tasty. I especially recommend the fried rice. I had a mango dessert which had pieces of grapefruit in it. I liked how it tasted. It's not the type of dessert I normally order, but I'm glad I did because it was quite light and I was stuffed from eating most of two entrees. *I wrote this review in June of 2016

I had a great meal here. Quality of food and service were exemplary. Daniel (my server) in particular was excellent, and a credit to the owners. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Based on my visit - Highly recommended.

Horrible!!! I rarely give one star unless the food is disgusting. I am really disappointed. I regret not leaving this restaurant and going to somewhere else. Overall, my food was cold. The beef with ginger resembled a microwave meal that was frozen. The taste was not good. The food quality has decreased. The chicken fried rice had no chicken in it. I think it was grated into the rice. The restaurant has a nice ambience and clean environment. However. the food is no longer worth the price. I lost my appetite. Lastly, my food was sent out in a big white bag with oil stains on it.
