Very fancy hotel with a couple of nice restaurants and a Starbucks where you can eat or grab a cup of coffee. Valet parking is free of charge and staff is very friendly. They also provide complimentary water and sunscreen next to the pools.

Nice hotel. Great view and amenities. Things to know. Sign up for the breakfast package, it's well worth it. Pools close at 6pm. Restaurants are pricey. Casino is a lot of fun. The cigar bar is a great leisure spot to watch the fire.

Enjoyed stay, but had some issues with housekeeping stealing several items belonging to our party. When I emailed management, they were unresponsive (didn't hear back for ~1 week) and said they'd "check with housekeeping". Great plan... Ask the people who stole our stuff if they stole it -- bound to get it back that way...
If you run into an issue like this, I would encourage you to contact the Royal Police and try to initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, we left too soon after discovering the theft to take this course of action.

Beautiful resort, clean, and top of the line amenities and restaurants. The only problem we ran into was the the theft of a few items by housekeeping, and subsequently management that refused to acknowledge this. Many comments mention how expensive the food is. If you eat poolside for breakfast and lunch it isn't that bad. For dinner I would highly recommend the island fish fry. The best dinner option at Baha Mar is The Swimming Pig (really yummy American cuisine). Also, little side note that the pools were beautiful, but there was a sea turtle "sanctuary" that consisted of a tiny tank for many sea turtles to swim in. It seemed more to entertain people, while the wildlife looked miserable in their tiny tank (these were not rescued wildlife).

Gorgeous property. #1 place to stay on Cable Beach. If not staying here, make the trip over at night time. The fire show on the back water and light show on the front is great. Fun clean open casino and grounds.

People are great!! The staff are always smiling keeps the guest smiling, and presents a warm and welcoming stay!!
If you ever had a place in mind to stay at the Bahamas thumbs up for the Baha Mars' WOW experience!!!

It's my second time visiting and both times the food was awesome. The first time I had a steak that was the best I had in years, not need for steak sauce it actually tastes better without!!!

I had a pleasant wander around the grounds. The casino is decent. There's an on site Starbucks but the French cafe at the West End has some divine ice cream and coffee.

Beautiful 5 Stars, staff are very friendly, and make you feel welcome. Our room had partial ocean view with a balcony very nice and comfortable .
They have beautiful pools (7)with bars.
Nightly entertainment live music.
Lighted water show at night, and a fire show nightly.
Large casino area. Restaurant Katsua with fresh sushi.
Many amenities. Starbucks coffee on property.

Food is going to be this place's Achilles heel. Drinks and food are expensive! There are maybe 6 restaurants and each one is more expensive than the last. Only one or two places for cheap (relatively speaking) eats and those close at sunset. Upscale is all well and fine but Americans travel on their stomachs; if there isn't a place for fast cheap food at all hours this place will suffer.
