Family friendly, not good if you want peace and quiet, babies screaming all day and night. Walls in rooms very thin, it's as if they are in the room with you. Food not bad, some days better than others. Beds dreadful, very hard. Wonderful if you like hard beds. I asked for a mattress topper and it was delivered very quickly. All in all a nice place to stay, nothing much to do in the evening, no shops, but if you want a chill out holiday then this is the place to be.

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our family. We came here with a 1 year old baby basically because of all the positive reviews regarding baby treatments. And we were not disappointed. Plenty of baby chairs, staff is always talking to our child, so much positivity in the air. Rooms are clean, food is delicious and different every evening, evening programs are always entertaining. In general, everything was perfect. I would come to this place again if we visited Crete once more. In short: Recommend.

Food was good but never hot. Staff friendly. Very clean. The boss had 4 dogs there 3 of which were puppies. Yapping and barking through the night. Not up to a 4 star rating

I have not stayed in this hotel, but I would like to stay there. Thanks to mr. Manolis for quik help. He is great man, and I appreciated his help. Sorry we have no possibilities to meet him, but i am sure we will in future. Dear mr. Manolis, thanks a lot for your help !!!
