The slot machines were very tight and I couldn't get any service I would not recommend it if you like to drink beer while you play not one service girl came over to me and I spent over $100 waiting I wouldn't even give it one star

I love everything about this place. The bartenders and cocktails ladies are amazing. As far as the cafe it is ok and they keep hiring new cooks that I never know how my food is going to come out. So that sucks, sometimes the food is good sometimes not.

Very laid back, and appears to be catering to locals mainly. Most newest and popular machines are available but very limited. Everything you could do at a larger Casino but with a laid back atmosphere. Reminds me of a popular pub/bar and grill on steroids.

I'd give it zero stars if it was possible. I've never been in this place but was attracted to it because it's close by for me. I took my chance to check it out and grab something to eat. There were not a lot of people eating so I assumed to just grab a table and someone would serve me, right? Wrong! No one even acknowledged me. I had to even get the attention of one of the staff members for a menu. I was told someone would help me, I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever did. Racism, perhaps? I decided to get out of there as I was hungry and now upset for this treatment. Decided to take the extra time and gas to go to IHOP where I was served immediately upon entry. What the heck kind of service is this at Barley's? More like bull****. The staff needs to be retrained. Avoid this place at all costs! I will never set foot in here ever again. Pathetic! Sad!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Not many slot machines. Quiet not very busy in the morning when I was there.

Met an amazing local who treated us here. He was determined to get his corner booth. Yup.. He got it. Thank you Dakota for making my visit memorable. The food and local atmosphere made it complete. Enjoyed the house brew. Nice to get away from fantasy land (the Vegas strip) and experience the real people, flavours and atmosphere of Las Vegas.

Check out this favorite smaller casino especially during football season! They have ample amount of screens to watch games. They also serve 5 yes 5 burgers for $5.00 dollars. Also 5 and again 5 domestic beers for the incredibly reasonable price of same amount. Ask server may not be listed on their menus. 42 yrs. in Las Vegas so know certain secrets. Go get a players card as well and you may get discounts. Those prices are when games are being played NFL games.

The staff is great. They are always friendly and act happy to see you. Its my favorite neighborhood bar/casino.
