Well, manager for the night we arrived was very generous to us. When we arrived after I called around 5 that we would be comming in between 9 and 10 at night yo make sure they held our rooms. We got there guess what the rooms had been cancelled. Manager told us not to worry she would make it right and gave us 2 suites. Loved it just wished we would have stayed longer. Thank you so much....

Very classy casino who recently changed their night club into a dueling piano war which was a nice move! Nice choices of restaurants. Beautiful landscaping out front. They take care of their place. The only ding is that they allow smoking. But I can't blame them. Half of Mississippi smokes.

The buffet I'd absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is top notch. The food was to die for and was absolutely some the best food I've ever had in my life. The lobby is grandiose and breath taking the first time you ever walk in. I was completely taken aback by it. The gaming floor is clean and really colorful and just a pleasure to be there. All of the staff I talked with was very professional and polite. Overall it's the best experience I've had at any of the casinos on the coast and I've been to them all. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who's wanting an A+ experience

This place was amazing. You don't have to leave if you don't want to. Nice rooms to start, great restaurants , night club and excellent shops to walk around casually if you want. The pool and outside lounge area is very well spaced and really nice. Don't forget the gym which had great equipment and all the amenities you could bed for a vacation. The spa looked great even though i did not check it out. Overall the hospitality was excellent and will highly recommend this to anyone. The golf course will be next in my list but when I return as i heard nothing but great reviews on that too. Oh yeah, gambling and free drinks!!! All the way, I'll be back..

Beautiful resort and casino..... Entrance is beautiful and well maintained.... Casino is pretty big and they accept mlife card... They have plenty of table games.... All dealers were decent and nice.... Liquor service on table was also quick.....

Loved it.. Can't wait to go back again.. Only problem we had was the Buffet was terrible on our last night.. Seemed like it was leftovers from the night before which was really good... Best place to eat is "Snacks" which is at the back right corner of the casino for quick meals (their sandwiches were huge and pizza slices were huge as well).. The best place to eat is the "Terrace Cafe", the food was amazing... Ask to be seated in Bailie's section.. She was a an amazingly sweet waitress with an unbelievable memory.. Restaurants need more like her.

I am so offended by the way security and shops treated my family. I had to fly out to Nevada last minute to drive my dad home who was just diagnosed with cancer. We didn’t have our best attire on but went to their shops to buy Clean cloths. Security every where we went watched us like a hawk because my 19 year old daughter almost walked through the casino! The people in the shops some how made us feel like we couldn’t afford them. Most of the other staff was super nice and valet was wonderful! Service at the buffet was terrible too especially for the price but the food was good.

This was our first time to stay at the Beau Rivage. The staff was friendly, and it was my fiancees Birthday. The room was clean, but when he went to fill the tub, he saw floating debris in the water and took a shower instead. We stayed in the panoramic room, and the view was amazing. The shuttle from the truck parking was really nice, and the people were courteous. The semi truck parking was across the hotel in an empty parking lot. Security was there to watch the lot, and you can only park there if you were a guest of the hotel. Everything was really nice & we will come back again when we can. The craps dealers were very nice & helped the new people understand how to play the game. Food was good at the Coast. Seafood & Pizza was good, server was good as well. Our servers name was Ashley. She was friendly and personable.

This is like a Luxury Casino that you would find in Las Vegas. It literally has something for everyone. A large Casino with any kind of card game, slot machine, and video poker just to name a few. It has five restaurants so whether you're in the mood for something casual, an amazing Buffet or something a little more fancy Beau Rivage has everything you're looking for. This Spa is second to none and the pool area is immaculate. I stayed in one of the Penthouse Suites and it was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. It also has a great selection of shops where you can spend any money you happen to win or you can shop before you gamble your money away! Beau Rivage is probably my favorite Casino and believe me I've been to almost all of them in Vegas, Louisiana, and Atlantic City. I highly recommend Beau Rivage to anyone who is looking for a new favorite place to gamble, relax, dine or shop. It's a great place to get away for the weekend a guaranteed Unforgettable experience.
