We made reservations back in March and I called and confirmed 5 days before check-in date. We showed up for check-in at 4:30 and they did not have a room ready for my family. I was told to comeback around 7 and they might have something ready. We come back at 7 and still our room is not ready, so they upgrade us to a better room but only for 1 night. We were told we had to check out the next day at 11am and check back in at 4pm. After arguing with the staff that this was their fault not ours, they agreed to try and have a room ready at check out so we could move to the new room without a delay. Room was actually ready the next day, however it was supposed to be a double queen room but these were not queen beds they were fulls and the heater did not work and it was falling off the wall. I talked to the staff and they assured me they were queen beds, funny on my queen my arms just touch the sides, on these queens my arms were hanging off the bed at my elbows.. I tried to get them to compensate me with 4 free breakfasts for the inconvenience that they caused my family on vacation. They said that the room upgrade for the night should be a sufficient compensation for my troubles. Really bad service, should have stayed at the Red Lion down the street cheaper and from what my friends said, much better service. I have stayed at many a hotel and when its their fault, I have always been taken care of me.. Never staying here again and I suggest you don't either.
