We stopped in at the KwaTaqNuk Resort to check out the Casino. Good selection of current machines. Friendly staff. The only downside for us was the whole facility appears to be smoking. We do not smoke and this resulted in us not staying very long.

AC didn't work...room was not cleaned properly. Friendly staff. Maintenance needs to try harder...needs better management. Great location on the lake and could be first class.

Overall disappointing for the price. Customer service is none existent. Pool is under construction. Pictures on website are misleading. Food is ok but everytime we had to ask for silverware, forgot my kids food, and totally overcooked the prime rib dinner. The elevators scare you enough to take the stairs. The hallway was like a sauna and it wasn't over 70* out. The room is disappointing ac unit falling off wall, bugs in the bottom of shower, what looked like a dog lifted his leg on the side of the bed, and stains dripping down wall in bathroom. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.

We made reservations back in March and I called and confirmed 5 days before check-in date. We showed up for check-in at 4:30 and they did not have a room ready for my family. I was told to comeback around 7 and they might have something ready. We come back at 7 and still our room is not ready, so they upgrade us to a better room but only for 1 night. We were told we had to check out the next day at 11am and check back in at 4pm. After arguing with the staff that this was their fault not ours, they agreed to try and have a room ready at check out so we could move to the new room without a delay. Room was actually ready the next day, however it was supposed to be a double queen room but these were not queen beds they were fulls and the heater did not work and it was falling off the wall. I talked to the staff and they assured me they were queen beds, funny on my queen my arms just touch the sides, on these queens my arms were hanging off the bed at my elbows.. I tried to get them to compensate me with 4 free breakfasts for the inconvenience that they caused my family on vacation. They said that the room upgrade for the night should be a sufficient compensation for my troubles. Really bad service, should have stayed at the Red Lion down the street cheaper and from what my friends said, much better service. I have stayed at many a hotel and when its their fault, I have always been taken care of me.. Never staying here again and I suggest you don't either.

My wife and I came for the VIP anniversary. We are impressed, the bed is very comfortable, all the staff were so helpful; Wow, what a great time we had. Thanks to all.

Don't play the casino machine. U will loose your ass in no time flat. The food was okay. The place has a ichy smell. But the out side pattio by the water was nice and beautiful, relaxing. With a bonfire pit,lots of relaxing chairs,couches. Big wide dock for fishing.

Very nice room with a private deck overlooking the docks on Flathead Lake. The service was beyond spectacular. Everywhere except for the bathrooms there was someone there opening the door for you. The floor walkers in the casino were always there seeing if you needed anything. With reasonable rates, great service good food. Definitely going back again.

We had lunch in their downstairs dining area. The view was spectacular, our waitress was wonderful, and the food was delicious.

Usually when I would come to kwataqnuk to stay, it was really nice having the complimentary breakfast as this is considered a resort. Now, you have to pay for breakfast. I’ve stayed at nice resorts before like, the Grey Eagle in Calgary, AB. Which has a breakfast buffet for free! Why can’t this resort do that? Ughhh, don’t mind me though, I’m just a hungry pregnant woman 😖 I’ll take my business across the street to Betty’s.

Nice little Casino and hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Nice place to relax with there little swimming pool and hot tub.
