Casino is nice, arcade for the kids is really awesome, custom service is also great. I booked a room for 2 queen beds but the room is a little small so is the bathroom it is very small. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, very small closet, maybe 32in flat screen. Ac & heater work well. For some reason the soda machines are not stocked, had to go on all 3 floors to get 2 sodas. Also you cannot order food to your room.

Just outside of Reno. Room was very clean and smelt great. Check in/out was fast and easy. My stay was quiet and comfortable. 24 hour Mel's Dinner on site was a huge plus.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Buffet was a little high so we ate at Mel's Diner our entire stay. Pizza from Deli was good. I don't recommend poolside room if you wanna relax. The hotel staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room the rest of our stay. Casino was nice. Guitar Bar had some great entertainment every night. To many kids running around casino area I thought. Kinda annoying when you are trying to enjoy adult time. Other then that I would recommend this hotel.

I called and reserved my room and my brothers room. The receptionist was super helpful and kind. When we arrived we were quickly registered then we were greeted by the Bell pops and they promptly took our luggage to our rooms. They were awesome. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Thank you Best Western in Boomtown.

We stayed at the Best Western Boomtown in Reno, NV for 3 nights because we were meeting up with family for a baseball tournament in town. The prices of the rooms were reasonable and the room was comfortable. The sheets and pillows were AMAZING to me !!!!! I slept really well there. My only complaint would be figuring out the mini fridge controls AND I wish we had received a room closer to the elevators. Our room was on the 5th floor ALL THE WAY at the very end of the hallway. When they say LAST ROOM ON THE LEFT, that's what we had !!! Past maybe 30 other rooms !!! But we still enjoyed our time at this hotel even though we didn't utilize ALL that it had. I'd go back again !

We always have a great time at the Casino. The employees are very friendly and the food is EXCELLENT! A place to cool off from the summer heat. You might even win some ??!
