This place is much quieter than it used to be which is very nice... It is a very clean casino... The band was terrible but the food here is good

Decent little casino for sure. Not many table games but a good selection of slots of all kinds. Definitely a little bit of an old school vibe here. Will definitely return to check out the live music one night

My server Ashley was great. Very hospitable and friendly. Some of the dealers need to be watched as they forgot to pay bonuses a couple of times at the black jack table. Good thing we were paying attention. Atmosphere was good. The security at the front I think need some training on customer service and how to handle conflict on a more professional level. Besides that all was great.

Love Boomtown I win more often than not. Food and drinks are quite expensive there but the food in the little cafeteria is very good. Their chicken wings are among the best in Fort McMurray.

Nice small town casino, the outside area gets dodgey at dusk, best to keep your head down. Inside the staff is professional, the place is clean they have a nice poker room but the Houseman let's some players get too out of hand, should be more strict like other casinos.

The classic 'Random Variable Reinforcement Schedule " of slot machines ensures long term financial loss. Texas Holdem poker doesn't have house odds against you, but like any casino, crews of players work together against unsuspecting players. I have a poor opinion of gambling. However, Boomtown brings decent musical entertainment to the city... It's a place to go out, have a drink, & dance. Dining is very casual, but the food is excellent. Terrific, can't miss, clubhouse sandwich.

Staff is friendly, pay outs are often. Drinks on the house could come around a lil more frequently for the cash flow happening inside...
