We went downtown to attend the chicken wing Festival, and we had a great time. The only thing I didn't like is that they shut everything down by 9 p.m. I don't really think that's fair for people who are coming here out of town. This is a 24-hour town. But the chicken wings are awesome and the music is good also

Stayed at the nearby circus circus hotel but came here for the buffet at Eldorado. The food was spectacular, especially from the carving station. Also great gelato selection for dessert. The waiting staff was very proactive about drink refills. I also liked that the buffet selection was different each day so we got good variety throughout the week.

Compared to other resorts on the strip of downtown Reno, Eldorado is pretty nice. The rooms are small but inviting. The service is friendly and attentive. The Casino is comparable to the other Casinos. It is easy to get a bit lost there though but you get the hang of it after one day. The pool is nothing special. It's small and dirty. The hot tub was not hot which was disappointing, but the hotel staff was fast to fix it. I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms and it does look a bit nicer than the other rooms. It's the same size and layout but the rooms have new and modern furniture. Overall it was a good experience.

This large Reno hotel casino would get 5 stars if I didn’t feel like I paid through my arse to extend my stay for two nights. But other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for. It seems to have the best reputation as far as the Row hotels go (or any other downtown Reno hotel for that matter). The rooms are pretty new. And some are super, with hot tub (which I didn’t get, even though I mentioned that I just got married 3 days ago..hmmph). Lots of gambling, eating drinking options. Free shuttle (give a tip!) to the airport was wonderful. And the bell-dude who helped us weigh our luggage was super helpful. This hotel is also connected to the other “Row” casino/hotels circus circus, and silver legacy.

Stayed here multiple times and never had any problems with their rooms or service staff. Everyone seems to be friendly and professional. Nice casino with lots of slot machines and table games to play at hearts content. Only negative is that their cocktail servers are sometimes no where to be found.
They even have a Starbucks on the casino floor so how can you go wrong? Tried a few of their restaurants but will save that for another review.
We had a recently renovated 2 queen non smoking room that was located in their original casino tower that is located next to their coffee and pastry spot. Overall the room was clean and everything worked. Also, they have 24 hr security checking key cards at the elevator which is a big plus in my book.
This place should’ve been 5 stars if I wasn’t for the non existent cocktail servers or always must be “on break”

Eldorado is conveniently located in the heart of downtown and connected to Silver Legacy and Circus Circus. The buffet at Eldorado is very good and a decent value. The food is basic but tasty. The atmosphere is casual and the service is acceptable. Overall, I'd recommend trying it out if you're looking for a break from the casino.

We went to this casino for food and some gambling, planning to spend an hour there, and we stayed for almost four because we had so much fun! Service everywhere was prompt and friendly, all the food we tried was delicious, and every corner we turned was something new and entertaining. We will definitely visit this resort again!

Parking structure was convenient even though it was full, and access to the casino was easy. The casino hallways a little too narrow, but signage was better than others in the area. Millie's was a great option for rush hour dinner. Great service by Martin, if we could catch him. Seems he had too many tables. The convenience store closest to Roxy's was staffed with two efficient ladies who kept the shop very organized and cashier lines flowing fast on a busy Sunday night before Memorial Day. They certainly knew how customer service should be done....but why are they nyo allowed to receive tips? If they did great service or were helpful, shouldn't patrons be allowed to give them gratuity? Isn't this a service industry?

Hotel room is 5 star. Housekeeper's keeps it super clean. Buffet was not too good. Not to much choices. Deserts was very good. Server not to friendly. Came here for a car show they advertised. Wanted to buy a tee shirt. It's 2018. They selling the t-shirts that is old stock 2014-2016. Paid good money for my flights and very good money for the hotel to find that out.

The floor of slots and table are awesome. But, it’s not stunning like a high end Vegas casino. My friends and I may go kill a couple hours on the penny slots and people watching.
The ladies bring drinks around are very nice and the staff is helpful when you’re looking for something. I haven’t stayed the night and can’t speak to the hotel rooms, but I would consider staying if the rates were reasonable.
