I have never seen worse service. No waitress, 2 hours on a black jack table and no drink because of "shift change". Laid down $200 on blackjack and one drink

We came up to check out the Christmas Casino and went up to the second floor and found video poker which my husband and I like to play. It was very comfortable and our service by the hostess and the security guard, Lara was top notch! They were extremely nice and made us feel right at home!! We will be coming back!!!

Pretty nice place. It's pretty decent sized with a vast selection of slot machines. There are quite a few blackjack and poker tables too! It was actually pretty awesome that the drinks were FREE and the breakfast was very good and very cheap, like 50 cents or a dollar an item! Three of us ate for like $14!!!! Overall, a great place! A+++

I was able to stay at the new Christmas Casino on opening night. The casino was wonderful. I loved all the decorations and the idea of a holiday themed casino. The staff was great at the casino and the hotel. My room was cozy and comfortable. I had an excellent experience from check in all the way until check out with everyone I encountered. I would highly recommend going.

The craps dealers are not friendly to new players trying to learn. There was 6 people playing, (4 from our party) and 3 of us were new to craps. They were constantly berating us for simple mistakes. It's probably fine if you know what you're doing, but if you are new, I suggest finding another place.

I'm not a gambler but I am an eater so my visit to Bronco Billy's involved breakfast at the little restaurant inside the casino. It's very quaint and reasonably priced. The steak and egg breakfast with a side of pancakes, I experienced twice on two separate occasions, was much better the second time and for abour $5 was a real bargain. The first time I visited I don't think the cooks heart was into it and the waitress was nonexistent. I'll be back, Bronco Billy's.

We go up to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries which is the same day for my husband. We are always treated with the best hospitality and accommodated thoughtfully to help with our handicaps when it comes to lodging. We have been coming since first opened. Our favorite hands down!!!
