Our convention was held here. They did an outstanding job! We were a big group of 1100 people and when a line started forming they added more people from valet to check in and in the restaurants. The food is amazing in all restaurants. The hotel has been renovated and it's beautiful and laid out very well. But the staff was so impressive. Everyone and I mean everyone was friendly and accommodating. Everyone has a smile and they seem to really enjoy their job and they do it well.

Rotisserie is the name of the game here. I was a guest at the buffet during the week. My experience was above average and overall satisfying. Don't look for the typical prime rib found at many of the other buffets in town. This spread offers all of the traditional American barbecue options, including cornbread, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, roasted chicken, and ribs. The atmosphere is casual and the decor is mostly outdated. The service was mostly consistent with the price. This is one of the cheaper options in town and is also reflected in the level of care. The dessert selection is adequate, but more creativity could improve this section. I would recommend this buffet, as it is a good value for the price.

Rosie's cafe needs work. Some, not all but some waiters are rude. The wait is long. Me and my family went and they took so long. We got our drinks but food order took long so we left. The rooms are nice and have AC. Also coffee maker and mini fridge.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The assigned room was not cleaned up. Everything has been left as previous guest left. When I requested to change room, front desk manager assigned another room without any apologies. Her attitude was not completely professional. There were an insect in the alternative room. The other staff were also rude. I won’t return this place.

We were at the Nugget attending a concert. My daughter loves 60s music, so we came to see the Four Tops perform. It was a good concert it was very sad to see that only one of the original band members is alive, and three weeks ago he fell and broke his hip. But he and the new band members put on great performance. They sold less tickets then they thought they were going to, so instead of sitting in the back where I bought the tickets, they moved us up closer. Thank you nugget that was very nice

Freshly remodeled casino and rooms in the resort tower (the west tower). The resort tower rooms are very nicely done. Beds are comfortable. Views north or south are great. Elevators are fast so no real wait when staying on the upper floors. I have been coming to the Nugget for over 40 years and it is still a great place. Easy to park and access the hotel and casino.

We're staying in the newly remodeled tower. It is a very elegant and sophisticated design. It matches the design of the new lobby and casino designs. The staff is fantastic as always! I've stayed here several times and the stay is always great!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nugget Casino Resort. Our room faced the airport, and was a bit noisey at times. It was clean and updated. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool is only 5' deep in the middle but very long for laps and big enough for kids to play. There's a water fall you can swim up to and there are 6 or 8 bathtub sized pools along the edge that are perfect for toddlers. The spa is huge. The arcade area is great for kids. It was the only area we visited that wasn't air conditioned, and as a result it was very warm and muggy. Overall we had a good stay and will consider staying again when we come to town.
