It is nice and homely here. There is a good (aka fish and chips) and alcohol. I like it cause you can watch the race as close as possible next to the fence :)

The Jockey Club anc Canon Park Racecourse are the one and same place. Race fixtures are advertised nationally. Special event days, some local to Cairns city are advertised on TV and in the press.

Great bar , good food, need to be a member or temporary member, a bit out of the way, not for families.
