Restaurant @ Canterbury Park - Racetrack & Card Casino
There weren't horses when I was here. This place is just a small casino. I recommend coming here if you want to lose money in a dull atmosphere. If you want to lose money in an exciting atmosphere, I suggest Vegas.
Dealers were patient and friendly. He patiently explained the rules until I was losing money like a life long gamer.

Kind of neat. Place was not very busy. They have table games but i didn't see any video poker or anything. Blackjack dealer was very friendly and helpful. They have a few different food options as well as a non-smoking outdoor section. Alcohol was relatively inexpensive compared to your average bar. Bathrooms as outdoor area wasn't very clean though.

Very Loose players here, if you enjoy playing any and every hand this is definately the spot. Players will bet and chase anything down to the river. Clean place. Friendly. Just not the best poker experience I have had playing nationwide.

Horse Racing! Enough said.... And of course CARDS AND POKER. Gotta love that! But wait. There's more. The food out there is excellent. Well above average. And the food is available 24/7. 365 days a year. So yes. 5 star rating from myself. Great place.

I visited Canterbury Park for Snocross, it was fantastic! Spent a little time inside to warm up exploring the vendors and of course enjoyed the events outside on the track. It's great that the venue was so flexible and can be a horse track during the summer and covered in huge snow hills for the winter! It was easy to get into and an easy to get out of the parking lot. Overall happy with the experience.
Good space for the Rubber stamp show. Directions from Google were confusing. Google should separate out the racetrack from the event center. The parking lots are connected but you will want different sides of the lot if you are minimizing steps. Canterbury does have a good amount of handicapped parking spots for those who really cannot walk far.
Surprised by everything here. Lots of restaurants and food vendors to select from and fairly priced. Live races every 30 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating. Multiple levels. Arcade.
Fun times on Thursday nights. $1 entry. $1 programs. $2 dogs. $1 nachos. Can’t beat it.
I did like it better when racing used to start at 6 instead of 6:30. I understand it’s a business, but there were, and are, a lot less people there at 6. So I understand. But it was so nice not having any lines for food or the ticket window for the first 3 races before the masses arrived.
Great fun place. Family friendly with many things for children to do besides seeing the horses, eating, and gambling.
