For reasons beyond my control I had to get on the ship at the first stop in Key West. After already buying the non-refundable $400 ticket, they said because I was a day late I would have to pay $700 per person to board the ship. WHY would it cost THAT MUCH to get on a day late? If I had $700 to spend per person we definitely wouldn’t have been taking a Carnival Cruise, the Walmart of cruise lines. How can a company treat their guests like this? That policy is NOT RIGHT. Everyone I know will hear this story and we vow to never step foot on another Carnival cruise line again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you are considering taking a cruise do not book through them. Our family just returned from a seven day cruise and ended up paying a lot of money for a lot of heartache. We cruised with them 10 years ago and it was great, but this cruise line has gone so far downhill. It was so bad, I felt I needed to come right back and post a review to save someone the heartache. Yes, we did talk to them and try to work things out many times on the cruise. If you are considering a cruise, please, PLEASE consider any other cruise line for your own sake, your family’s sake, and for the sake of the group that you are traveling with.
I would not even give it one star if that were a choice.

This was my first cruise and it was the worst experience every. Let me be clear the staff and house keeping was amazing. But for the management staff it was 5 DAYS OF BROKEN PROMISES. It was supposed to be a 7 day cruise to Cabo San Lucas for 2 days and Puerto Vallarta for a day. When everything was said and done the final options were San Diego for 6 hours and Ensenada for 1 day. Now I'm traveling back to Long Beach on a bus. My biggest complaint and the only reason I'm give this review is because the sent a letter to everyone aboard the ship on 6-12-18 promising a 200 dollar credit to every room and 50% future cruise and said it would be a plied the morning of the 13th. When going to the front desk the morning of the 13th after thinking I was getting free drinks due to the 200 dollar credit I was informed the were no longer give that to anyone who choose to get of in San Diego. Trying to get us to stay the HD of the ship had promised everyone who stay on a 100% discount on any further cruise no matter the location when trying to sign up for that offer I was informed again that we were misinformed on how it would work and we would have to pay difference of the future Cruise.

The food is excellent. We are always happy to travel from Fort Lauderdale especially when we have guests coming into town. I love the the Cod Fish/ Bacalao entree!!!

The Food is "AMAZING" the portions guaranteed take home, and the Service is second to none. Owners Rodney and Maria and staff treat you like family.

Served fresh salad and tasty seafood from very friendly staff during my corporate event. Properly-facilitated with amenities and easy location to get in and out. The restaurant area is fully set to gratify the food lovers with high level of service and quality.

My parents flew from Arizona....they found this restuarant. I followed their advice.
Wow..I admitted that the food and the service is excellent. This is the best grilled octopus I ever eat...it melt in your mouth....next time I have to try octopus stew with rice.
The dessert is out of this world. .so good.

Quaint authentic Portuguese place on Coral Way. The ambiance and service were great, but the food left a lot to be desired. The seafood was incredibly salty - to the point of being inedible. By contrast the skirt steak skewers had no seasoning at all. The meat was tender and juicy, but had no flavor whatsoever.

This place made me rethink whether a french dip is my favorite sandwich because I didn't know it could taste as bad as it did here.
