Alright atmosphere, good place for slots. But can not stand playing table games that use automatic shuffling machines, I don't trust them at all!!! And judging by my win/loss ratio it's with good reason!!!

Not too many drunks in the place which is nice. Would have like China mugs for coffee because coffee gets cold too fast. Most everyone was friendly except for the day time barmaid behind the bar counter. She ran me over to see the hail outside which they was no reason for it. She was on duty and not to stand at the front doors looking at the weather.

My favorite casino in Calgary. Only problem is the heat. Always feel like I'm being cooked.

The place is conveniently located to me, there is ample parking as well as handicap parking front and back door that can be accessed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful oh, the only thing is if you win I jackpot no matter how small it is it seems like it takes forever for an attendant to get there two pay your money compared to other casinos that's why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. But I guess you're going to have to wait if you want the payout LOL all in all I always have a good time

Service in their restaurant needs serious improvement, it's hit and miss. It feels like the servers always have something else to do out of sight. Food is OK. The Beef Brisket soup is usually tasty and filling. They decided to jump on the "ban the straws" bandwagon. Not even a paper equivalent to offer. I'm wondering if you order an alcoholic drink you would also be denied a straw.
The gaming floor atmosphere is spacious with lots of games to choose from. Always seems to be under staffed - even on weekends. Their old non-smoking room is way too hot. You can't be in there for long without having to leave. They need more Game Makers than the 3 they have which happen to be all located in the "hot" room. UPDATE: The restaurant service has improved recently. Hopefully it's permanent.

It’s an underwhelming casino. Lots of fun. Casual.
I had an issue with a redemption and waited 30 minutes because the attendant told me she was “busy by the cages”.
When they realized my issue was legitimate they had two security guards plus the attendant in my face.
