Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff! We ate at the bistro twice, once for dinner and then breakfast. Delicious, fresh food and good balance between price and quality. We will definitely stay again when in Annecy.

Really pretty and clean Palace with nice, comfortable and modern rooms located just in front of the amazing lac. The food is just delicious from the breakfast to the dinner and the employees are all sweet and professional.

We really appreciated the architecture of the hotel and the cuisine of it's chef. But staying for 5 nights in the room that had no dresser to put the clothes in and smelled of smoke (though it is a smoke free hotel) - it was not pleasant.

A beautiful and relaxing venue. We stayed four nights at the Imperial Palace. Our room was spacious, modern, immaculate and very comfortable. It's a short walk to the city center with lovely views of the town from the hotel. It is lake front and has an expansive lawn/gardens to wander or picnic on and you can easily go for a refreshing plunge in the lake.
The breakfast buffet was quite good, you really should try the French toast. It has a lovely carmelized crunch that just makes it delicious. The buffet offers a wide array of options for both decadent and healthy eaters.
The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Our only complaint corresponds to our first night, which followed a very long day of travel. A wedding or some type of very loud party with live music and a dj was allowed to play until 2 am. Yes, 2 am. We were understanding to midnight but 2 am seemed excessive. Our room was right above the party and there was no escape from the raucous noise. We wish we had been warned upon check-in. We were not offered any consolation for the disruption.
That said, we still had a lovely stay and Annecy will forever be on our must-visit list.

Good old big sophisticated hotel in Annecy ,with a good view of the lake & mountains ,it's even more Lucretia, and food service and people are awesome.
