Excellent food, cozy and tidy rooms, perfect stuff in maybe the best location at Golden sands. This place is different than any other around and it is definitely the best! The only problem are the elevators.. It looks they are enough (3+2) but sometimes you need half an hour to get one.

Good hotel, clearly inspired by the Vegas behemoths. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is beautiful and there is a covered parking garage in the hotel, plus a well equipped gym. Location couldn't be more central, it's in the heart of Golden Sands. The rooms are on the small side, although the view we had was beautiful. The bathroom was very small and felt somewhat cheap; shower head broke off in my hand, although it was replaced immediately by the maintenance crew. Overall this is a good option for a short stay to party and gamble, the casino is clearly the main attraction of the property.

Amazing place to stay....also the casino. Very good service and a co-operative staff....and amazing place location....simply amazing....worth going again. If anbody wish to go meet Mr Ivan, their marketing head...very helpful and plus informative person.

One of the best hotels with casino in Europe ! The staff and service , especially the front desk and security officers are excellent ! Rooms are clean and rates are very reasonable! Food is good ! The casino is one of the best in BG , with very professional staff ! Will recommend to all my friends !

What a pleasant surprise. We were attending a conference for couple of days hosted by Hotel. Ambience was excellent same as service and staff. Food was really good and room elegant with a fantastic sea view. Highly recommended.

Is a high class place were you can spend a nice holiday . All staff members are very well trained and take care of all small details. Food is excelent , they have a nice Casino if you want to double your earnings . When you acces the pool from the top you fell like you are in Black Sea. Lot of gamblers due to the Casino , but they are very nice and ready to have fun .

We had a nice stay in Varna. The hotel is nice and we had great time at the casino. We once had an issue with a member of the staff asking weird questions and guest service quickly handled the situation with professionalism.
