They have an annual Christmas train display that my kids love. It is one of our Christmas traditions. It's free. They have Santa there during certain hours. They also have some snacks for sale.

Great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a few different options for food and drink. There is a casino attached to the building if gambling is something you like to do.

Well positioned hotel, only a few minutes walk from Seoul station, however if dragging bags I would suggest a taxi (very inexpensive) to get to/from the hotel as it's rather hilly. The Oak Room bar on site is a good place to stop and grab some refreshments. The gym and pool are very well catered for and the staff are very helpful!
The hotel itself is well positioned for sightseeing as well as travel, their concierge service certainly make sure you know where you're going and how to get there. All in all, a very good hotel.

Good, pricey but good. Nice fitness area although crowded at times. Great water pressure in the shower. Furniture not that nice but beds are comfy. I'd like to add, after spending a few more days: the concierge service, awesome! Thanks a lot!

This is a classic hotel near Seoul station, location wise it's convenient as you can take the train to many parts of South Korea via Seoul station and there is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Seoul station has train to the airport as well. Hotel very well kept, super clean and good condition. Staff are always keen to help and present in the lobby which is not common in other countries. You are probably not more than 10 steps at any one time from a hotel staff which is amazing.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Great food at International buffet breakfast and lunch . In room dining service as well as food great. Gym and swimming pool are big . Excellent people.

Convenient shuttle bus service provided on the hour . Very near seoul station, which has lotte mart. Convenient store located just opposite the hotel, along with some restaurants. Also, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and pleasant. :)

My 3rd time in the last 3 months staying at this property, customer service continues to be fantastic, room well cleaned, quiet A/C, and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast and light dinner in the Executive lounge. Love the close proximity to Seoul Station which I use to access both KTX trains, local metro, and express train to Incheon Airport. Highly recommend this excellent property

The location is good but bad as it's at the top of a hill from Seoul station. I couldn't get a taxi to take me there as the ride was too short for their liking. Walked up the hill and had to go through a parking garage and casino entrance to get in. Room smelled like smoke, and did not have outlets near the bed. Keep curtains drawn in the morning of facing east as the A/C can't keep up with the sun shining in and your room will become a sauna. Lounge service was good, but the food wasn't hot.

The rooms are excellent. Extremely clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to the Seoul Tower and other cool market places
