Very nice rooms with large space and shower for accessibility. Staff is helpful and friendly, easy check in/check out process. Conveniently located- close to the strip but not too close, great restaurant inside.

I really liked it here. Nice and quiet, comfy beds and big rooms. Only issue I had was that the room was too dark. So bring your flashlight lol. And the toilet /tub room is tiny. The door barely cleared the toilet. You get free parking with your room card. Not much parking but you'll find a spot.

Decent budget accommodations if you want something more laid back than the Strip. The room wasn't great, but wasn't terrible which really is enough for someplace to lay your head. Best apart the hotel is the rooftop pool deck that has nice views of the city and desert and is surprising nice compared to the rest of the hotel. The casino is part for the course and the food court is no-fuss.

Possibly the worst stay I have ever experience. Arrived to a room with a terrible odor since the room's sink was backed up, cannot complain about the engineer he definitely rushed over to fix our sink situation. After this situation I attempted to give the hotel another chance and brush pass this experience. But the next morning when I woke up to shower there was absolutely no hot water. Called the front desk again and was told they'll check on the pilot and to attempt to turn on the water in 15 minutes. Waited and turned on the water, still cold by the way let it run and it finally heated up. Following day, I had the same situation the morning so my guest let the water run for at least 15 minutes before it came out lukewarm and waited another 5 minutes for it to actually get hot. I suppose the Plaza Hotel enjoys wasting water. I decided not to complain since I figured the best the hotel could do is offer me a refund but I thought I would must rather offer an honest review online something I never do. If you are considering staying here, please don't.

My favorite casino downtown...until they got rid of my favorite machines! But still a very nice place. The live band is pretty good. Personnel is friendly and place is nice. Highly recommend.

I love Vegas...Nice place to go and see if that's what your into. There is plenty of good photo opportunities and time will pass quickly so make sure you keep track of time if you have somewhere else to be. Over all I rate with a deserving five star and recomend to all.

We went for Bingo. We played 3 times and had a blast. I have come to this place off and on over the years. The remodeling they did has made the place look so much better. If you like to do Bingo, they are the only place in Downtown. However, that does not mean the quality or staff are bad. They are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Went for wedding so had to stay at this hotel. Fremont is a freak show so if you are into that this hotel is conveniently located. Upon check in we were given a choice of towers, had we been informed of the remodeling in the north tower we would have chosen the south tower since the workers started at 7am right above our room with their hammers and screw guns! It lasted all day! Complaining got us a refund of the $25 resort fee. Wow. Front desk employees claimed they were unaware of the renovations, well that's just poor management to say the least! It's an old hotel that needs a lot of work but tell your guests! Better yet, close down, complete the work, reopen. Pretty simple process. Won't be back.

Good place for a reasonable price. Parking is good. Location of the hotel and casino is right across the street from all the festivities of downtown! And good food! Room was good, not the best but for the price, it is pretty good. Service is good too. Though I did not request anything from them so I cannot comment more in service.

Beautiful hotel. Great location across from where the Fremont Street experience starts. Valet and ride share set up is easy, pick up and drop off right out front. Lower level of casino seemed small, but maybe there where more somewhere we didn't see? We just went inside to check it out. Great atmosphere.
