Confortable rooms, amazing ocean view, beautiful open pool and accesible drinks, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a bit too expensive for me, but food was delicious.

I love it. The pool, the room, but most of all the staff. The lady that greets you in the restaurant is my favorite. Be wary of bees in the pool area.

I liked it but in the rooms the reflection of the pool light bugged me a little bc i love to sleep in a really dark room ... but although everything else was great!^^

One of the best hotels I ever stay and I been around the world! The rooms service its amazing and the staff 😵 so friendly!! So much to list that I wont be able to fit in here! Recommended for everybody even a low budget because its afforable

Is not clean, room has roaches. The Pool views really nice but is not worth it.

Experiencia de servicio deficiente. La bartender al momento que entramos a pedir unas bebidas, mi esposo, mi hijo y yo, sin mediar ni una mirada nos dice “en la puerta dice que menores de 18 años no pueden sentarse en la barra” todo esto con actitud y con mala cara , a lo que le contesto ”entiendo muy bien lo que dice ahí solo veníamos a comprar algo y yo salirme con el nene”. En ese momento decidimos no comprar nada porque a ella no le importó lo q le dije y mucho menos que decidimos no comprar nada. A lo que voy es que hay formas de decir las cosas y hacer que un cliente , que en este caso éramos nosotros, no se sienta que no sabemos ni tan siquiera leer por la forma en que lo dijo y lo enojada que se le veía. Después se quejan cuando no consiguen un trabajo y culpan a todos a su alrededor de lo que le sucede. Bartender aproximadamente 8:15pm . Ah le informamos la situación al “gerente regional” que supuestamente estaba ahí pero no vi que fuera hacer mucho, a sabiendas que no le íbamos a consumir nada ni nos dio la alternativa de enviárnoslo al cuarto( las bebidas) y obviamente pagándolas nosotros, solo dijo espero que eso no vuelva a suceder más, me disculpo por esa experiencia, qué experiencia será mala experiencia

We came here and we had a issue with our room and Ray helped us out right away with our issue and also Angel further assisted us with our issue. This place is Great we still have a few days left but so far All is Well.

Good the room very clean i even left being me tablet and send me Mom to pick up saved

Great place to listen to music, dance if you like, eat and try yourself on the casino area...friendly environment
