I don’t think this place deserves the very bad reviews it has here. I read them when I was on the way and they freaked me out a bit.
Ok, it’s not always quiet, there wasn’t air con, and I think it’s a shame you have to pay if you want WiFi. I would have loved to have had tea making facilities in the room but there were none. It appeared that you could get tea from the bar though. Just not easy keep going down for it when on 6th floor.
I found the guy that checked us in very pleasant and helpful, as were all the other staff. My bed was actually comfortable and I got a good nights sleep on the first night which is unusual for me.
The food was kind of mass catering and a bit basic, but enough there to find something you like and was never going hungry. They also have a snack bar open a lot of the time when the main restaurant is closed.
The pool was smaller than some I’ve seen, but seemed perfectly adequate and my family enjoyed it. There were plenty of plastic spun loungers, may need to put a towel on them to make them a bit more comfortable.

Clean bar reception ECT rooms smell nice clean but cog holes in curtains and bedding pillows like cement beds are metal fold away ones matress really thin for the price not to bad I wouldn't bring my kids here came with mates so for party week or weekend you can't go wrong but all inclusive didn't mean everything free like u would expect

Most bar staff are friendly apart from the one curly haired lady who was rude

Good hotel, great staff. Air con rooms are lovely if a little small but with no tea coffee in the rooms. WiFi is paid extra and only one device at a time which is poor.
Great pools and good food, 12 mins walk from the beach.

Don't come here if you want a quiet relaxing family holiday, hotel 4/10 food 3/10 and am being really kind with these score's. Many families been leaving the hotel . The whole of the hotel needs a lot of work to bring it to a 3 star hotel standard and would suggest new staff from top to bottom. The place is stuck in the 80's!

Had the unfortunate experience of staying in the so called family hotel. It's DEFINITELY NOT a family hotel, full of stag groups, lads holiday groups and basically groups of drunken idiots who wake up whoever is unfortunate to be in the vicinity of there room. Police were called out to the hotel EVERY NIGHT due to fighting. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want a relaxing week away with your kids. Had to transfer to another hotel as we couldn't suffer another night of hardly any sleep. Dirty nappy found on the stairs and also used condoms lying around by the pool and on stairs. No life guard on duty but apparently the hotels pool size doesn't warrant one, Spanish rules apparently. Food was never hot,lukewarm at best. This has been the worst hotel we have had the displeasure of staying in with our 2 kids!!

Honestly this the worst hotel Iv ever stayed at! No sleep over the 7 nights here the noise is 247. People knocking and banging all night long. I’m only young myself but this place is a joke. The amount of fights in this hotel is behold me. At least every night there is some sort of kick off. Police always being called. Balcony’s are bloody dangerous! Beds are awful. U have a bed sheet and what is like a curtain to sleep with. Mattress is wiped and dirty the bathroom are dirty and rusky. Entertainment is awful. This is definitely not a hotel for children please think twice before booking here. I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star. Looks a lot better online then what it’s ment to be. Food is discusting and the same eveyday Don’t waste ur money. Rooms are so dated frm like the 70s. Bloody horrible place the view is looking on to a football pitch so along with noise frm hotel u have about 40
Lads screaming and shouting all day long. I could keep going on please please avoid ans save ur money.

Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
