Casino Royale

I had a blast at Casino Royale, it was right across the street from the hotel that I was staying at. The vibe here was of an old school, non stuffy, classic Las Vegas casino. I played $5 free bet blackjack for about two hours and won 30 bucks with a few free drinks given to me while playing. It's a really nice spot to make your money last for a long time, low table game limits, $5 craps as well and people seemed to be having a great time, I met all kinds of people from across the USA here and everyone was friendly and having a great time. I will return for sure!

We liked the central location and the fact that your room is not a vegas block just to get out to the strip, you're right there. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. No extra resort or parking fees added on. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We spent 14 nights at this smallish facility in the centre of the Strip. It was excellent, all members of staff, especially the Manager, Thomas, could not have been more helpful. In some of the larger Strip hotels it can take 15 minutes to walk from room to exit, in this hotel it takes 2 minutes. Also, the hotel is surrounded by useful facilities. Most importantly, unlike most Las Vegas strip hotels the Casino Royale does not charge a resort fee but nevertheless does have a fitness room and a Business centre. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet, clean hotel steps off The Strip, close to other resorts, restaurants, and theatres. Guest room was quiet; did not hear noise from the Strip at night. No view from our room as is behind the casino, looking into parking area, but not a big deal as we spent very little time in our room. Room was spacious and clean, comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use pool, appears it would have to be noonish to get sun while there . Overall a great little place to stay in the heart of Las Vegas including free parking, but without the Resort fees!

Nice hotel, fun gaming. Right in the middle of the fun. Not a bad place for kids.Slots for the budget minded. Demerits, who works there went above and beyond. Some of the staff, young lady who was working front desk was brisk to the point of being rude. I put it down to it being 7am and maybe the end of her shift. Overall though this is a great place to experience Vegas on a budget.

Service was great, fast and friendly. Food was so so and the Cajun chicken breast was terrible. So full of spices it tasted chalky.

Whether looking for a pulled pork sandwich, grilled chicken, ribs, a burger, or a quick chili and salad bar, CJ's is a great choice. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is a wonderful place to meet with friends for drinks. I sometimes forget that I can order from the CJ's Pizza Garage menu next door where their pizza is excellent as well!

Contrary to what some other people might say, I think this place is great. For a hotel with nice rooms right in the middle of the strip, you can't beat the nightly rates. The rooms are nothing special but they're clean and nicely furnished and that's really all you need when you're spending the whole day out exploring Vegas. The casino is definitely a little outdated and "run down" compared to the surrounding ones, but it's still enjoyable and clean. This place is an overall steal and you can't beat it for the price. Also, the staff is very nice and there's a clean pool you can enjoy in the sweltering sun. 10/10
