Es muy linda la habitación, la atención un poco ruda al inicio, asumo que por el tipo de gente con la que deben tratar constantemente (ludópatas). Pero cuando ven que vas por trabajo, el trato cambia y es muy agradable. El desayuno está bien, la vista es linda. El olor a cigarrillo es bastante fuerte, si bien se preocupan porque sea en zonas permitidas, es tan intenso que se siente por todos lados. Es decir, desde mi perspectiva es el casino el que mata la experiencia hotelera, entonces si van por el casino les irá bien, si van por pega no tanto (aunque el estacionamiento es impecable si vienen de Stgo.).

I only visited the buffet and was great, decoration on point, nice food, very good service overall.

The Air conditioner never worked properly. Impossible to stay in the bedroom between 5-7pm as the sunset makes the heat really strong during Summer time. Called maintenance staff and no solution. Too expensive for the service that was provided.
