What an absolute treat cruising with Celebrity Cruises to Alaska! Unreal experience from beginning to end, I am officially addicted to cruising now! So happy I chose to go with Celebrity! Have a look at my pictures and videos, money well spent! You will come home relaxed, revived, and full of positive energy! Shout out to my dude Luigi ;)

Took a cruise to the Bahamas aboard the Summit. The staff was courteous and truly waited on you hand and foot. The balcony rooms were spacious and accomodating. The food was delicious and abundant. I would advice not to buy a drink package unless you plan on drinking alcohol a lot because we rarely used ours and the bars werent as easy to come by as one would think. Also do not pack a power strip. I know some cruise lines allow you to do this but Celebrity will confiscate it and it will prevent your luggage from arriving to your room on time. They have really good shopping deals on the last day of the cruise as well. Also I would not waste money getting an excursion package from them. You can get it at your destination for much cheaper. All in all a lovely trip, beautiful vessel, excellent service and I will definitely book again.

Referring to a 2017 cruise on board Solstice... in a word: TERRIBLE. Crew and on board management could care less. Food at the specialty restaurants is awful. Technology doesn't work. IT issues go unattended the entire cruise. Areas are dirty and crew ignores it. Stateroom's balcony furnishings are rotting. Stateroom toilet is disgusting. Bathrobes are worn out. Maintenance is lacking and when done it appears accomplished by the lowest bidder. Amenities are shut down. Fellow passengers are sick with a gut illness---food poisoning? I'd not be surprised the way things are on board. Of course ship's management insists the illness being passenger's fault. Topping it off, a lifeboat is reported to begin sinking while tendering. The Solstice is unfortunately highly neglected. The "Modern Luxury Experience" Celebrity promises of Solstice... BS. My advice: go elsewhere if you're interested in genuine cruise value for your time & money. (If there's a recent glowing review for Solstice, you can be sure that's a paid-for review.)

Big Disappointment ! Me and my family were on Celebrity Silhouette for a 7 day voyage. We all got sick. We had some older people in out party, and they got very sick with Bronchitis. There were numerous people that got quarantined. The food was not up to par on this one. Beware: They now are removing tables in the Main Dining Room to force you to go to the Specialty Restaurants. The workers were very rude. I have food allergies, and I told them at the Customer Noservice Desk, and I was told Why are you telling me what you are allergic to ?!! I have been on numerous cruises in the past, and I have always told Guest Relations Desk. This Cruise was alot more expensive then other cruises, and it wasn't worth what was paid especially considering the sub-par service. Never again !

Booked a cruise with Celebrity and got a good deal. Perhaps it was too good of a deal. They contacted me within a week and cancelled my reservation due to a system error that gave me too low of a price. I couldn't beleive it. Be careful with Celebrity. I cruise with lots of other cruise lines, but I will not return to Celebrity ever again.

Got opportunity to sail one of the best cruises in the world, Cruise-Celebrity Reflection from Rome. Covered Rome, Mykonos, Ephesus, Athens & back in Rome for 7 nights 8 days. Pics will speak for its own. Must Experience once in life time. It was my 2nd Cruise on last 3 years. Free Food, coffees, ice creams round the clock make it even more interesting??

Preparing for a cruise and trying to navigate the website is troublesome. You have to jump to different places to do things that you should be able to do as soon as you give the booking # and answer a couple of security questions. It does not work that way and it should. Now the good. The people at the 800 # could not be more pleasant.... and I'm sure they get lots of calls with people needing help with their website. I have sailed with them before end enjoyed the on board experience.

Celebrity Cruises we're the best I have made so far. Delicious food and very friendly staff. I enjoyed Jamaica and the Cayman islands on our trip. Boarding procedure was quick and I always felt safe and welcome

Prácticamente todo me gustó del hotel. El personal es súper atento desde el primero al último. Tuvieron una atención con nosotros y nos hicieron nuestra estadía muy placentera. El desayuno es espectacular. Todo delicioso, todos los días. El restaurant del hotel es destacable porque, si bien tienen una carta acotada, todas las comidas son exquisitas y el cocinero trabaja con interés en que así sea. Tengo una crítica muy chiquita y es que el gimnasio tiene un costo diario. Pero por lo demás es un excelente hotel.
