Horrible!!!
This was our first time at century casino. We were sat at a table with one other table eating in the restaurant who had already paid. There were about 3 other employees just walking around doing nothing. We sat there for over 25 mins before deciding to leave because no one would take our order while we watched the waiter watch a football game and the manager walking around eating and drinking in the kitchen.. As we were leaving the waiter started laughing at us. Horrible customer service and these people do not care about their job at all. We will never go back to the casino and definitely never eat at this restaurant - we tried. I would fire every single one of them.

BIG MISTAKE TO STAY AT Century Casino & hotel - This is only a 2 story facility so the guest rooms are directly above the casino - and they are predictably loud - ALL the time. They actually provide earplugs on the nightstand. Bottom line is - stay somewhere else if you want a good night's rest. The parking is free but there is no portico where you can check in and bring in your luggage.
The hotel front desk is in the middle of the casino. So glad I am only here for 1 night.

Restaurant has good food. Trevor is a great server. I am never disappointed when I go there.

Go for the casino. It's very large inside has your standard casino games poker black jack slots roulette etc.... low buy ins, free sodas. The drive there is very pretty as well.

I love Cripple Creek I love the century casino and I will go there forever for the rest of my life they are all rated the best I think you since your Casino for making me feel so wonderful while I was there I do for my stay

We had a lovely lunch at the Century Casino. It was not too busy, the food was great, and we couldn't eat all of it. The waitress had some very nice recommendations. The prices were also very reasonable. The Century casino is conveniently located for Cripple Creek street parties.

Great place to gamble. They have lots of machines and table games. The wait staff is superb and the place is smoke free. They have complimentary drinks if you are gambling.

Hotel is four stars..gaming staff four stars.....night time bartender barely two stars..if they stop talking to their buddies and actually take care of the paying customer. That would be good. Sometimes you can't even find a bartender...it's like hide and go seek. When you do find the lady bartender...it's like a big inconvenience for her to make u a drink. The next problem is when she makes the drink...it will generally suck...best to stick with shots and or beer...
