Valet parking woman was SUPER polite and personable. At check in, they are quick and efficient. Room we had was a double queen with nice comfy beds.
Spoke with housekeeping - such a pleasant person.
All around a great visit, due to the people I encountered mostly!
I forgot something in my room when I left, It'll be interesting to see if I get it back or not after my call this morning.

This casino is the worse casino in the whole nation! Please DO NOT come here. I have no choice I live here and there is no other casino close by. But hopefully this pretty place continues to lose business maybe then they will loosen up the machines some. For 2 years now I have not won nothing! That is really sad. These place is filled with greed!! I put one star cause I have too other wise I can't post but this place does not deserve any stars!!!

HOLY SMOKES....CIGARETTE SMOKE. (Casino) Place is nice and everyone was very helpful, however every smoker in Wisconsin was in there all at once last night. Thousands of lit cigarettes with inch long ashes...literally everywhere you look. I understand this is allowed but seems a little ridiculous in 2018 and not pleasant. Usually doesn't bother me but the place was at capacity and only bearable for a hour or so. Will probably go back because we have a good time but not for long periods. Would get 5 stars otherwise.

We went on Friday night for the all-you-can-eat steamed crab leg promotion. The crab legs are good, and the rest of the buffet has a good selection of food. There is a good selection of dessert, too, ranging from very good to so-so. It also helps to be seated in an area with an attentive staff member. Rick is the best. He's very friendly and really takes care of you. Overall a very good experience.

Free parking in their garage with 7 feet (84") of clearance.Massive hotel/casino complex. Even though we reserved the room through a third party, the attendant gave us a choice of upper or lower level room.
The casino has everything including a smoke-free floor.
Safe neighborhood next to two athletic fields and exercise tracks. Miller stadium is nearby as is the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory. Miller Brewery offers tours.
Great views from the higher floors.

Love this place! Loose slots, big payouts on bingo, front desk staff are very courteous, and get you checked in fast, Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave you service with a smile, the manager made me feel at home as well, so glad they're adding more rooms and a spa! Best hotel and casino ever!!

Always a good time. You'll win some, you'll lose some but have fun either way..as long as you're ok about the losing part. You'll get some face fulls of smoke but they do their best with keeping the air clean. A lot of games so you'll find something no matter how busy it is. Good food at all their restaurants and good drinks from the bar as well. The hotel is a great place to crash for the night as well.

Had lunch here on a Monday. We arrived early around 11 AM. The staff that greeted us, took our drink order, and seated us were very pleasant and professional.
After being seated, I was surprised that many of the buffet trays looked as if they were sitting for several hours. We expected the food to look fresh especially at this time of day so I was very disappointed starting off my meal.
The pepper steak is extremely peppery. I've had this entre numerous times in other establishments and can say this was peppery to the extreme...very unnecessary and ruined the dish. The chicken dumpling soup was okay as was the fried shrimp. The Mediterranean section looked like the food was held over from the previous day I didn't take a chance on this.
For $13 plus dollars I expected a better lunch buffet experience and level of quality. I may try again on another day but that will be it if I experience the same quality issues.

My first time there. Big hotel...I went to see a FREE jazz set..
We had a great time start to finish. The saxophone player during his break came and made it special, later we found out he use to play with Sly Stone...
The lounge has different artist... check it out... you my have as much fun as we did...

Pretty fun. Haven't won anything big but I've only gone a few times. Drinks are pretty reasonable. I don't like that the different bars charge different prices for the some drinks. Could have an area in the bingo hall for group or people that know they are a little loud. Due to my friends and I tend to get a little roudy when in a group together. Other than that it's a fun place to be.
