My family on I eat at Charlie's Down Under quite frequently. We had not been going there long when the staff was calling us by name. The prices are reasonable the food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Are you on a diet? Not anymore. Lol. This place is what I would call a true hole in the wall. Which makes it a hidden gem. The little dude running the cashier knows his stuff and is good at recommending items If your new. The price is right for the portions. The meats are tasty and and the sides are awesome. You won't regret coming here. Unless you're on a diet. You'll just have conflicting feelings of pure joy and utter despair.

Awesome food. Tremendously excellent service. We could not get enough! We shared 2 different platters in order to get a little of each. The hot BBQ sauce lives up to its name. Mama's sweet sauce is good if you like it mild.

Excellent service and food. Great comfortable friendly atmosphere. Safe area full of wonderful people who care. I recently became the new graveyard server and love it.

Great prices. One of my go to drinking holes but man i wish they would change up the music a little.

Unassuming place that seems like a great local place. I don't normally go there but everyone was kind and accommodating towards us as we ate, drank, and played board games.
The music is a bit dated, but I'm sure that will be appealing to others. Plenty of older/classic songs that my group knew the words to so maybe it's just me. The appetizers aren't notable or super great, but they do the job for a reasonable price.

Step 1 - Take your phones, computers, etc. Step 2 - delete every BBQ place you have saved, Step 3 - Replace them with Rolling Smoke, it's just that easy to always have the Best BBQ in Vegas, perhaps in the entire S West at your fingertips.
So, We had just moved to Las Vegas about a year & a 1/2 ago, had tried various "Best Ever" spots & they just left us cold. Then 1 day while looking for ways to BBQ, I figured I couldn't do any worse, I found a Video of Rolling Smoke on You Tube being Reviewed, as I looked thru more of them a theme began to form - for simply the Best BBQ go to R/S & You know what THEY'RE RIGHT !!!!!!!!
The Beef Ribs were so tender they almost fell off the bone & melted in my mouth, the beans were amazing, my wife's Chicken was equally as good as were her sides. And, for the ride home if you have takeout, grab an order of the Corn Nuggets for the ride.

Ordered brisket 3 ways chopped, sliced, & burnt ends, waffle fries & sweet tea. It was delicious always is. Come on down treat yourself don't cheat yourself. Had the pleasure of meeting Dusty one of the owners very nice. FYI newest location folks in the T Mobile arena.

Every single time I roll through Vegas I have to stop in here, actually gets me too eat meatloaf...Phenomenal. That outlaw burger will get you dirty. Love the pulled pork. Worth stopping in great BBQ.
