I love the cheeky touches throughout the property. The chill pool is the perfect break from the conference. The gym was also fantastic. The staff all the way around are terrific. From CheckIn to poolside to catering during conference, the staff was friendly and helpful. Considering the conference was disability focused, the staff were well versed in how to make us all feel comfortable.

Went to the Wicked Spoon buffet. I do not recommend it. Food was average, at best, selection was lacking as well. There was good food, mashed potatoes were great and my wife's prime rib was amazing, mine was very grisly however. Deserts were very basic and okay, however the meringue kisses caused my wife to desperately look for some place to spit it out, she described it as licking an ash tray. Suggest saving your money and going to a different buffet, or 1 of the outstanding restaurants in Vegas.

I really loved the feel of The Cosmopolitan. It felt really modern and up to date. We went to the Wicked Spoon buffet and while it was a little expensive, the food was awesome. I felt so fancy and it felt like an upscale restaurant, but it was still just a buffet. It took a little while to get to the buffet after entering and if there is a casino area I never saw it, but I would definitely go back to the Wicked Spoon. The food was so tasty!

Went to the cosmopolitan to go to the buffet there. The Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan is fantastic. The selection isn't as great as others like the buffet at Caesar's Palace buffet but the food is so good here. I usually eat at a buffet and come across items that I don't like but here at the Cosmopolitan, everything was good. The only downside now is that most hotels have laid parking. Kind of sucks amd that's why I do not go to the strip as often due to paid parking.

The Cosmopolitan is a very nice hotel. It's one of the more sleek hotels, because the decor and interior in here is on point. It's a beautiful hotel. The wraparound suite was really nice. I didn't really have a good experience with the front desk. I felt like I was being discriminated because I was a younger person getting a suite. Their manager even came out and gave me the same treatment. Not really how you should treat a paying customer. Other than that, the Cosmopolitan has one of the best sports books and restaurants in town.

I really love Vegas, I like to gamble, I like to watch shows, I love the atmosphere, but most of all I love the buildings. So when they built this place back in 2010ish I was a moth to the flame - flash forward 8 years and they have outlived their shine. In order to keep profits up they have some of the worst performing machines, slow drink service, and a "rewards program" that gets you a free drink for every $130 you spend in the casino...which compared to other more newly renovated casinos is simply part of playing and being in Vegas. Sure the crystal is beautiful to look at...once, as you pass by just like Caesars, or Treasure Island or any of the other themed buildings. You can do better than staying here or spending your money here. You deserve better.

Fantastic hotel, as usual in Vegas the hotel was large, good variety of shops and dining places. We had a wrap around suite which was stunning. Can't fault the hotel however, couple of downsides for us. 1. No tea or coffee facilities in room, there was a fridge and drinks to purchase out of the in room fridge, 2. The pools, absolutely fantastic if you are in your 20's and a body to die for but not for the more mature, we walked to the pools and felt out of place so walked straight back out. There is also the Marquee pool which is a club in the pool, plays all kinds of house music again if you are younger this place would be the place to go pool partying.

The Cosmopolitan is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are luxurious and the team is extremely friendly and super helpful. The facilities are top notch with pool side restaurants and fun activities for everyone. I thought the casino was one of the nicer overall casinos on the strip. Very welcoming and great ambiance. The restaurants are unbelievable, Beauty & Essex was definitely the dinning highlight of the trip. This is a must visit! Holstein's and the Overlook Grill were also well worth a visit. Minor items: the hallway carpets and some of the common spaces need a bit of a refresh but no big deal. The only real downside was the "complimentary" drinks while you gamble. I think they only had 2 waitresses working the entire casino so it took way longer than it should have to get a top up. Great overall location and easy walking distance to most of the other hotels & casinos on the strip. Overall I would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan!!

I stayed here for a corporate conference and I was very impressed! I’ve stayed in Vegas 7 times and this is my new favourite hotel. One of the few with balconies too which is awesome at night and in the morning for coffee. The rooms were spacious and very nicely laid out as well the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience once again, at the Cosmopolitan. The front desk informed us of upgrades available to our reservation and recommended a beautiful suite. She even called our room shortly after we arrived to ask is if we were happy with it because she said she would change it if we were not pleased. We were very happy with her recommendation. The room had a great view of the Strip and the Bellagio fountain. The front desk also left a gift in our room as we were there for a special occasion. The food at poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We have been to the Cosmopolitan before and are never disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an upscale pampered experience. Thanks, Cosmo!
