Employee marissa was very rude not just one time but two . I ordered a frie and a cookie and they called 2 customers that were after me with bigger orders so I thought I was skipped and I told marissa they skipped my order I thought and very rude with ugly attitude told me no we didn't skip your order and I told her she was being rude and she replied back well u said we skipped your order we do didnt and that the orders don't come out in order Wich I thought was weird considering I had only two items . Then when I got my order the fries I ordered were large but to me the fries seemed small considering when I ordered fries the day before for some reason seemed alot larger so she then grabbed the bag from me went and got two frie bags to prove her point but this is where I was in disbelief considering I've been working in the field of customer service for over 30 years she then threw the fries on the table the whole bag completely out to show me what came in the bag Wich I feel was totally uncalled for while all customers eating nearby witnessed what she did and were in disbelief of what she did!! That was totally pointless and embarrassing when I'm the customer she then told me she was gonna give another bag of fries . Well sure I should hope so since the fries I ordered were on the table. This marissa does not belong in customer service she is always rude and makes me uncomfortable whenever she takes my order I eat in dueces dinner every week when I come down from monterey ca to play at the casino!! As long as I see her working the front I refuse to eat from there ever again I will pass this on to others also. Very disappointed with her actions number 1 rule u never argue with a customer but at deuces dinner I'm guessing they think differently!!I I hope noone else has to experience what I just did today Feb,24,2021 at approximately 3pm-330pm

After having a good but expensive dinner at the buffet we discovered the "Diner" which would have suited our tastes and budget better. We also found out that Rewards Club members get discounts after we ate. Good food. Good service. Many choices. Sign up for the Rewards Club before you eat.

Chukchansi is one of our favorite places to eat, even driving an hour into the mountain. We love the buffet. The food is fresh and there's always plenty. Even crab legs, which are a clear crowd favorite. A wide variety of drinks and desserts. And beer and wine is $1 a glass. My personal favorites are the crab legs and shrimp (of course), prime rib, spring rolls, salad bar, and bread pudding. We're never disappointed and if you eat a plate or two of seafood, it's well worth the price.

We're about 3hrs away and when we do decide to splurge a little at the casino, we come here. Great atmosphere, new slot machines every time we come and their club member giveaways and benefits are always good. We're always surprised that every time we come back there's E-cash that has been given into our account from our last visit. When we get hungry there's a number of restaurants to choose from. We always enjoy the buffet which has so many variety of foods. When we want to eat lite, we head towards the Asian noodle bar. Our go to meal is their Pho or sushi. Excellent establishment for us. We always leave there happy either with empty pockets, or a little extra from the winnings. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was my 1st time playing in a casino and let me tell you that it was the best experience ever. The atmosphere is great and the employees very nice and friendly. I also watched other players play and I notice that people were having lots of fun and having a good time. I highly recommend this casino.

Went for dinner buffet and celebrated my eldest son's birthday. Delicious food with Lots of choices! All employees very friendly and helpful, especially our hostess Maria! The little ones had fun in the arcade and, my eldest came away as a slot machine winner. Would definitely go again!

Great place to hang out and play. Also their food is pretty good. I recommend the buffet for anyone visiting here. Great prices don't go on the weekends their always packed with either people who are eating or playing games. All in all a great getaway place.

Nice clean casino. Everyone who works there is very nice. I would like to see less slot machines that have little square boxes with cartoon figures. Would like to see more updated slots with 777's and updated slots with Triple and Double Diamonds.
They have too many old slot machines. Need more updates machines of the older version. The last two times I was there it was really hard to find something I liked to play and didn't pay off well. But as the old saying goes, "it's a gamble", playing slots.
