Jubilee premium room is beautiful. Very clean. The only downside is you have to pay for the pools and they say continental breakfast is included but really they give you a 9$ discount of a 15$ continental buffet. Love the location of this hotel. Overall pretty good stay and experience.

If you're not a gambler, you're not worth it. At least, that's the welcome I received from this hotel when I was there. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke, there were zero couches or chairs in what I guess you could call a lobby (because why not when you have a casino?), and there were random pockmarks on the wall of my room as if someone had punched them. Even though the beds were comfy, there was no microwave in the room and no microwave at the front desk. The elevators were terribly maintained. On one elevator ride, the elevator actually dropped a few floors before it caught itself. It was terrifying. That's besides the fact that they made groaning noises each time you rode in them. The keys to the room and in the elevator worked half the time you used them.

My wife and I live in Mays Landing. About 20 minutes from AC. We went for mid day food and a drink or two at Harry's Oyster Bar. We loved it! Great live music and food. Service was especially great. ONE DRAWBACK...the bar has no fans or misters...very hot in the summer. Still 5 stars!

Just checked in. We called ahead for a late arrival and they told us it was fine. We arrive and they gave our room away. Then they opened up a room for us, told us it had a pull out couch (there’s 4 of us and this room has only 1 bed.) there is no pull out couch. They’re supposed to bring a cot. Well great, we still need a bed for 1 more person. AND they’re telling us we have to switch rooms tomorrow for our second night- even though they’re the ones who gave our original room away after telling us we still had our accommodations when we called. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Will never stay here again. I appreciate the response but it’s very generic. If someone calls for a late check in (we hit awful traffic. Nothing we could do to get here earlier.) don’t tell them they still have their room if they don’t. It’s that simple. I upped this review to 2 stars because I like the casino.

Went to the casinos. they were clean, all employees we encountered were friendly and the machines are easy to use. The attendant that helped us last time had no problem explaining how to use our credit in the machines to make the most of our experience. I definitely recommend going. The boardwalk is great too

Pizza place just up the steps from the casino on your way to the mall stores. Been there before and it was good. This time had hardly any sauce and the topping we chose was ground beef and onions.... well the beef was these tiny ground beef balls no flavor and rolled off your slice. Just no flavor. I'd advise you to skip that place. Should have known when everyone was eating at the place next to them. It's really hard to ruin pizza

It's a decent hotel with plenty of gambling, bars, and restaurants. However, little aspects made it not the best. For example, the rooms were always warm even when the thermostat was adjusted. The blankets/sheets in the rooms were not comfortable and our toilet in the room was broken. I thoroughly enjoyed the bars in the hotel and most of the food places. The Dunkin Donuts in here is good but more money than a regular store. The buffet was mediocre at best with minimal selections. The buffet did have excellent egg rolls though. The arcade within the hotel was very fun, with lots of game selections. The only downside to the arcade was that it closed at midnight. I would recommend this place as a second option, but I'd easily recommend other hotels over this one.

Great price. Nice and clean rooms. Great pool/hot tub area. Casino floor is awesome with lots of slots (and you can order your drink right from the slot machine). The wild west is fun with games and bands toward the weekend. Plus access to other casinos as well, like Caesars.

We went to Atlantic City to have some fun overnight and play in the casino. We went to Wild wild west casino and bar which is part of Bally's. It's a theme casino based on wild wild west and small as compared to others casino of Bally's but lot more cosier so I liked this one. We played roulette and then black jack. They had a live performance as well table service. Overall it was great experience.

Sadly what happened after the visit led to this review. I along with a family member left a couple of items in our room when we checked out. The next day we called to see if anyone had picked it up. Was told we had to file a complaint for lost and found. (Mind you it was never lost, just left behind accidentally) After filing the complaint we got a notice back saying the items were not found and closed. Not even 24 hours and suddenly they can’t be found! Calling back we had to be sent to the housekeeping supervisors line and leave a voicemail. The line went over 20 minutes long with no voicemail! And we’ve done this twice, still no response. Very saddening.
