Room 1021 is definitely not great even for a single night stay ($159). Check in was good & front desk staff at the time was helpful. After that all downhill. Air conditioning does not work at all. When reported to front desk it took several follow up for a person to come up & check. When someone turned up, she looked like she tried fixing the problem to no avail; kept us awake & promised to call back when fixed but didn’t. No explanation offered at all. Just seems it is standard complaint. The room looks dated. Bathroom door water damaged as well as the fixtures. Carpet a bit dirty but room has no apparent smell & everything looks clean. Definitely won’t be coming back & not recommended at all.

Shower has no water pressure. There is other people's pubic hair in the bathroom behind the door. Bed is nice but and the AC works well.

Pretty basic hotel close to Museum Station. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Good staff. Held our luggage until after lunch on the day we checked out.

Hotel location is great, close to Museum Train Station when travelling from the Airport, just 5-8mins. Handy to all tourist spots and walking distance to bus stop. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Good location hotel if you are a tourist visitor to Sydney as it is near to the Museum railway station which in only a couple of stops to the harbour. We had to change rooms due to problems but the reception staff were first class and we ended up in a much larger room with a good view. All rooms have a small kitchenette with kettle, microwave, coffee and tea. The beds are comfortable but I could not get used to the pillows. The breakfast if you have paid for it is buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold food stuffs to choose from. You certainly won't go out hungry. A good hotel in a great location.

Good city location. Rooms comfy and nice. Don't like the collection of people smoking out the front. Had an issue with temperature control, they fixed it no hassle.

Great for the price and short stays. Location was pretty good could walk to a few places. Minimal toiletries in the room. They had a mini kitchenette too with a microwave and fridge.

Excellent for price. Clean well presented rooms. Room service good. Disappointed waited at the bar for over 20mins after letting reception know i was waiting with no service.

Lovely staff, they went above and beyond. Nice clean rooms with everything we needed. Second time staying at this Travelodge and can’t complain at all.

Very disappointing. There is no kitchenette...just a kettle and microwave. Gave a credit card for holding the room and received email confirmation that no monies would be taken from card unless I didn't show up. I paid cash on arrival but when I check my credit card....hmm they'd also charged $1000 to that. The person I spoke with was very rude and abrupt. He finally agreed to reverse my credit card charge (good of him!) but it still took three days!! Quick to take it. Not so quick to give it back! Never again will I stay there.
