The restaurant itself is old and dingy; looks like something straight out of an 80’s movie. With that said the food is just OK for the super cheap prices. You really do get what you pay for.

Very Nice and friendly staff, made everything better... Great priced food, tasty, didn't take long and kid friendly! Dim lighting, third floor, follow the signs and it'll be worth it if you looking for a great price and good food, excellent service compared to other casinos and did I say customer service. And would go again!

Where to start... first of all if I could give negative stars I would. The "server" had the odasity to check her phone as she looked at us not to even be seated. She went to look for host, he was no where to be found, so we sat our self. Mind you the joint was near empty with a bunch of wait staff. Took about 20mins to even get a menu. Another 20mins for server to take our order. Again multiple wait staff walking around not doing much. Food came out some what quick after ordering. As for the food it was edible. Will we come back, ummm maybe in a few years. One nice thing I can say... the coffee was strong.

I visited here and when I got the steak and lobster I wasnt expecting much for the price, but first of all our waitress was scatter brained seemed like she was on meth. Then I wanted me steak cooked all the way. When i received it it was under cooked and my fries were covered in blood. The lady at the cash register kept going under the window and would pop up and stare at me. Weird place, bad service, and Mediocre food.

For the price, I would give it 5 stars, but the quality of food is mediocre. I would eat here again tho!!
During my stay in Reno, I visited Top Deck on two separate occasions. The first time I got the meatloaf, which I would not get again. The soup & Salad was good.
The second meal that I had was a grilled chicken caesar wrap, which was very good.
The service overall was alright the first time & beyond perfect the second time. The second waitress was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant, but don’t recommend the meat loaf.
