People stand behind you and take your info down when you put in your code on players card then steel your free play it’s happened twice and I spend a lot of money here just to be told oh well nothing you can do that’s bullshit they have the opportunity to make it right I work in a casino and I know they can put money on your card if they wanted too. I’m a vip gold card member it’s not like I’m trying to get over on anyone. If I took any money from them I would be in jail but when it comes to customers they don’t care very very very sad I will never spend another Nickel in this place.

Like the restaurant "Top Deck". They offer a satisfying menu for a low price. Steak and eggs for 4.99. And a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My husband and I eat here at Top Deck everyvtime we visit reno. Great food. Steak salad and fries for 6$ cant beat that

THERE IS NO HOTEL.
CASINO IS GREAT. SECURITY AND STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I USUALLY VISIT DURING THE EVENING TO EARLY MORNING HOURS. AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL. I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO ENJOY YOURSELVES HERE.

I love this casino very much. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Jason one of the bartenders is super nice. My husband and I love playing at the bar. Great location and my new favorite place.
