Service lousy, food was cold, I found a hair in my food and was still expected to pay, even tho I hardly ate any of my food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I left feeling sick to my stomach and ripped off. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Great atmosphere. Usually good service. New menu isn't as good as the 2010 menu but most items are still available at a higher price located on the back of the menu.

Received excellent, smiling service from Elijah in the banquet room during the blues society's monthly event. Also send kudos to the bartender, who created a delicious chocolate-mint hot drink, exactly what I wanted but could not name. We had a great time!

Steve from the Restaurant of Hollywood Casino in Shoreline does a great job I really recommend this place because their food is great. And is a great place to chill and relax.

This casino one of The employee her name is Courtney she is rude to the customer and terrible customer service. She Need to release of her work because she treat to customer terrible. If she is work somewhere else in casino industry, Watch out for her, she would treat you like Nightmare
