Clean, nice casino. Not generally a lot of beverage servers so that is a down side. Good comps, nice restaurants. Not the greatest, not the worst. Stay elsewhere though... rooms in desperate need of a refresh!

We always stay at the Colorado Belle . we stayed for three days. Never been there in January. It was cold. We usually go in April and October better weather. But still had a good time. I love their gift shop. Got a cute shirt from there. Met a nice woman who used to live in Lakeside in San Diego but now lives in Laughlin. A very nice casino to play in.

The gaming is okay but I felt like I was being watched and followed by security. They made me feel like I was on the most wanted list on a post office wall. When I went to their partner next door the feeling was the same. I dress well and smile a lot. I am courteous and kind. I did not deserve to be treated this way.

The nice thing about casino hotels is the price is pretty consistent with the experience. This is an old hotel and it definitely shows its age. However, it was comfortable and seemed to be clean. The stay was only $45 for a two-bed room. If you haven't stayed at a casino hotel before, it's not a glitzy experience, but you have all the amenities (gambling, food, drinks, resort features) for a 2-star hotel price.

I give this place a 3, because as for the rooms.. they aren't the best. But the casino itself is pretty good. The bars comp decent drinks, unlike a lot of the other casinos. Comedy show is every weekend and only cost $15, which is a great deal. Would get 5 stars, if the rooms were updated.

Location was good, service was good. Room was decent. We stayed in the room with the heart shaped jacuzzi tub which was cute - but did take a ton of time to fill with water (only a tiny sink type faucet on a huge tub?). The hot breakfast was definitely nice to have as well, appreciated that. Parking was a little lacking... we had to park far from our room because all the spots on that side of the hotel were taken up early in the evening.

Bed bug infestation. Stayed one night on 11/3/2018-11/4/2018. Checked in at 10 pm and at 1 am was awakened to my friend jumping out of bed. When examining his bed in room 116, there were 4-6 bed bugs and little blood spots all over. Working in the hospital, I know what to look for and these were confirmed bed bugs. Also had friends stay in another room and they were chewed up as well the next day. Would stay away from this hotel at all costs. We washed up thoroughly, left all clothes that were taken in and left by 2 am. Would not recommend going anywhere near this hotel for some time. They have a true problem. Reported on many bed bug websites as well.
