Room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful desk personnel. Another place with powdered eggs. Need to upgrade to real eggs. Wasn't too impressed with breakfast choices.

Can trolley to main street just far enough away to get a great nights sleep from events. Super staff and they have state lottery machines instead if the regular casino stuff. Dart boards and pool tables as well

The room was super nice. The hotel was within walking distance of where we were going. There was free breakfast. The staff was super nice and super helpful.

We stayed at this hotel during our stay in Deadwood. The location was absolutely perfect with a short distance to many great places to visit. It offered so much to make our stay comfortable. Our suite was roomy, with a super comfortable bed. They had a great little bar that was open late so we could get a late night snack and beverage after a long day of exploring this beautiful countryside. So many conveniences, a little gift shop that has gifts and anything you may have forgot. There guest laundry room was clean with new washers and dryers. Plus the breakfast each morning offered so many choices. But what really made our stay was the staff. We were so lucky that Erica was working the desk upon our arrival. She treated us like family. She helped us to make sure we visited all the amazing sites so we didn't miss anything during our stay. She went ABOVE and BEYOND. I can't say enough how fantastic she was. Thanks Erica for helping us to make our stay in Deadwood so memorable. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Deadwood, South Dakota.

Clean! Nice bar, mini golf, arcade, pool tables. Walt is fantastic! Super friendly staff! We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms clean. Weekend desk staff very friendly. Bartender also. Housekeeping staff were nice the whole stay.
Lady tending bar on Monday evening wasn't nice at all!! We stopped to get popcorn from the bar and she was very rude to my daughter whom is an adult! She treated her like she had no business being there. Like how dare she get popcorn from the popcorn machine. 😠 This hotel shows it has a Casino even the pamphlet the front desk hands out says so. It does not! and no bumper boats as it shows. You pay extra for putt putt golf or any games outside.

Our group stopped here during our visit to Deadwood to play mini golf. The counter person was attentive and took care of us promptly. The mini golf course was very fun and well maintained. Every other hole has a spinner that can change the way you play...possibly making big changes to the round. While we didn't stay at the hotel the public areas were clean and staff friendly. The bar area has delicious popcorn!

I don't normally leave reviews for much of anything but my wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Deadwood SD for our anniversary and our stay was absolutely fantastic. Every one of the staff at this facility was super helpful but the gentleman who checked us in (Dewey) was especially awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and took extra time to tell us about things to see and do in the area (a few of which weren't in any brochures we had seen). Hey Comfort Inn, I don't know what you are paying Dewey but it isn't enough! If you are staying in Deadwood, do yourself a favor and check out this place. We will definitely be back :)

Clean room, very nice hotel staff, but I was disappointed in the sofa sleeper. The matress was so thin you felt the springs. The bed was nice but the person stuck on the sofa bed didn’t sleep well either night. Hopefully this can resolved because if fixed we wouldn’t mind staying there again.
