The food was a lousy 6. My room was beautiful but my towel had blood on it. My rental was messed up by the hotels parking service. The manager Mario told me that everything would be taking care of since they were at fault! Lies LIES! ! After getting home a week later I get a bill from the rental company.... Until they fix this I will not change my review! Also I came there to look for wedding venues I definitely won't put this hotel on my list....

Everything was perfect from the free parking facility to beautiful beaches within a walking distance. Hotel Staff was always ready to help whenever I needed. Loved the variety of food and flavors. Room was clean and included with all needed amenities. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel has a nice modern design. The rooms look great. The regular rooms don't really have a view from the windows. The pool is a good size and they have lounging chairs next to it. You can get food and drink service at the pool. The beach is walking distance away.

This is by far one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is amazingly delicious. There is a fully stocked mini bar in the room, but the cocktails the barista makes by the pool are perfect. The pool itself was a little warmer than I expected but your body gets used to it quickly and it helps relax the body. The little huts in the back were my favorite!

Great experience I booked a weekend get away for Valentine's day through hotels tonight and everything was wonderful from the valet to room service. The restaurant was great and very accommodating and the service was quick which is surprising for south beach. Beach access was easy and they had chairs with towels for a additional cost. The only I personally didn't care for was there was alot of kids at the pool when we went down.

Had a great time here! All staff are friendly and helpful. This makes all the difference when you’re staying at Miami Beach. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. Keep it up!

Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed.... Perfect location for shopping.

Nice, modern looking hotel with funky edge. Trendy pool with music and drinks, but limited sun and seats fill up quickly, so come early. Daybeds and Cabanas available with minimum food and drink spend ($200 & $600 respectively). Ocean view rooms by request. We came for a group birthday party, the concierge was great with organizing champagne and food to watch the sunset and celebrate in a private rooftop space. They will charge you for everything ($7 in room can of Coke, beach umbrella, resort fee, $14 cocktails, etc).

Great place to chill during this time of year. The room I was in was awesome. The pool area was set up nicely. Staff always said good morning or hello. The one thing I didn't care for was the scent they pumped into the lobby air on purpose....too strong and wished there was an off button.

I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time. The cafe they added to the lobby makes for a relaxing morning sipping espresso in the back yard. The back yard area with ping pong table and other games is also a welcome addition to the property. I've always had kids with me staying at this hotel and the staff have been welcoming and go out of their way to treat everyone with respect. The only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that Driftwood restaurant is gone and they seem to be lacking a proper evening restaurant offering.
