We tried this place today for the first time. The pizza was amazingly delicious! Had the chicken Florentine and little Italy pizza. Friendly service. Close to the Vista theater.

I was in the neighborhood, trying to get some brunch, and my first option was way too busy. I pulled over to find something else and found myself directly in front of The Sit Down. 4 stars on Yelp? Brunch advertised out front? Fine.
The place was empty when I walked in and I immediately became suspicious. That's never a good sign. Still, they had just opened for the day and maybe brunch was a new thing they were trying.
I'm glad I stayed.
The food was really good. Beef short rib hash had tons of meat and a real Italian beef flavor to it. The croque madame was AMAZING. The coffee was solid, too. Even had tiramisu for dessert because reasons.
Very enjoyable. Next time I come back I'm trying the pizzas, because they looked great.

I love this place! The vegan pasta and pizza dishes are both amazing! The staff is super friendly and adorable! I would definitely recommend this place for a quality italian dish at a cozy establishment! Also, they have a hidden gem outdoor patio as well.

A hidden gem in the Virtual Village area. Bring your own wine and champagne. Really cool little back patio area that makes you feel like you're in some hidden posh New York apartment common area.
My prosciutto benedict was super tasty.

My beloved & I love this place. The pasta is made in-house, and it's top notch. My dude has a pizza rule, once a month only, and he's chosen this place for pizza ... three times in the past year, I think? So that's an endorsement in itself. Meanwhile, staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I would give them five stars for the food alone, but the service is so excellent, I would give it six stars if I could.
