Staff is really gentle and nice. Food can improve, also liquor quality in the all inclusive. Rooms are nice.

Disappointing. Room not in working order (door, toilet, fans). AC either froze us out or it was hot ... and no fan. Food marginal. Spa was a total amateur situation & treatments not good. Premium liquor is not premium. Some staff less than friendly while others quite nice. The property amenities are shared with next door condo building. Residence put towels on best chairs by pool early in morning and arrive late in day. Pool music irritating at best. Dogs allowed in building.

I didn't like the service or the food. I didn't find much art on the walls in the corridors for the rooms. I thought it would be much more fun, colorful and organized than it was. We had a full table of people wanting to play cards in the casino and they would not open us a table and then when we finally convinced them, which we should not have to as there were dealers available, they took long and had undesirable attitudes so we left. I would be willing to give it another go and hope for a better experience.

Our room was a bit above average, but everything else was out standing. I'll give a great example. We had a small medical issue and they couldn't handle is so, the resort staff drove us to the emergency clinic, made sure we were checked in (we don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak great English. After we say a doctor, got our issue taken care of, had the insight pharmacy fill our prescription, the resort staff came back and took us back to the resort. They did that as a courtesy and at no charge for the transportation back and forth.. Our total time at the emergency clinic was less than an hour. Try that in the USA. Also the food in each of the 3 restaurants was outstanding. All local drinks were included with the food. Would go there again in a heart beat. Loved it. Again, thanks to the great staff.

Nice hotel. It's clean, has a decent little gym, and the food isn't bad at all. I just have one thing to complain about. It's the different inclusive bands they offer. One band allows you certain privileges while they ask you if you want to upgrade to another all inclusive band. It seems easy but at the bar I confirmed my drinks were included with my band only to learn a hour layer the drinks I had belonged to the other wrist band. They actually wanted me to pay for some of those drinks. I suggest they just use one all inclusive band.

Very nice first class hotel and casino that many North Americans and Costa Ricians frequent. Love love this place. The art work is stunning.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, the staff was welcoming and friendly, but the food was just average. Also, if you arrived before 3:00pm you most pay $20 extra per person to enjoy the facilities.

This place is unreal. The staff are fantastic and the food is flawless. The beds and pillows are the best beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on. The scenery is great, and its less than a 5 minute walk to the beginning to the Jaco strip.

Wonderful location! Staff is excellent and helpful. Grounds are lovely with the pool being a huge highlight! Food was quite good, including the buffet.
